Hotel Golf Residence

Just back from two weeks at this hotel. Hotel in great location for walking to the marina , bars and restaurants. The hotel a bit tried but ok for the price. The staff are great and very helpful. Food not bad always found something to eat and you only had to ask if you something different. Downside is the hotel only supplies bottled water at lunch and dinner which for a 4 star is not good

The hotel is good the food also very good I like the animation Hassan and ghasen are so respactful the restaurant is good I like the slides the activities with hassen and ghasen are amazing the. Reception are nice I like the party at night are so cool the dances with people I’ll give 8/10 the golf residence

Me and my friends came for a two weeks and they were enjoyable days thanks to the best animators Rio and Hsan! There was so many fun activities and play such as archery and ping pong. They were the best animators that we have ever met! We will remember them forever! Food is okay but the views at the pool were amazing. Hotel is clean and nice.

Hotel was good, food was ok. Beautiful view by the pool in the evening :) We spent a lot of time by the pool. Everything was okey, but the animator was THE BEST! :) Hssan and Rio were trying their best to make our day more fun! We did aqua gym and a lot of amazing games! I will remember them FOREVER!!!!!! :)

I went to the hostel and spent five nights, and they were enjoyable days thanks to the new activation team in Shazalah This beautiful team we danced and played For example, we played volleyball And tennis. The treatment of the new animation team was distinctive. They had a beautiful style when dealing with tourists, and they were very beautiful days

Start with the good points. Hotel was very clean, rooms cleaned daily and cleaners were really great and cleaned every day. Our room had a fridge but no safe which was fine because we took a travel one Waiters went out of their way to get us a table for every meal. The pool area was very clean, we always managed to get sun beds and they brought a table and chairs over for our children so they could hide away under the umbrellas away from prying eyes (special needs kids). Not one bite from mozzies the whole holiday which is a first for me. We tipped between 10 & 20d every other day although we tipped the cleaner pretty much everyday. Can't comment on trips my kids didn't want to do any. There is a little shop down the road (turn left outside the hotel and apparently there is a supermarket not far and only 5 dinars by taxi. Bad points. Food was awful, it was such a struggle to find something to eat that wasn't pizza and spaghetti every day. Food was usually cold apart from pizza. We paid for all inclusive but snacks were not available like we were told and not a single ice cream the whole holiday. Reception said because the Albanians waste so much food they've had to stop doing food all day. Supposed to have pancakes at 3 o'clock every day but by the time he finishes setting up it was 3. 45. The hotel really needs to do something about so much food being wasted. People are allowed to push in and load their plates to then leave a table full of uneaten food. Any rolls not eaten get put back on the bread basket. On the morning we left ...early. I left a bag of unused toiletries and sun cream for the cleaner and some money on the side. While I waited for the coach to pick us up I saw one of the reception men come down the stairs carrying my bad with things in and take it out the back of reception with the other male receptionist. They clearly stole what we had left for the cleaner and probably stole the money too. Witnessing that alone would stop me every going back. Over all the holiday was ok but I wouldn't recommend this hotel and wouldn't return to this hotel.
