"Excellent place for stay! Super friendly and generous staff especially Elaine at the front. The moment we checked in she was so helpful and very respectful in communication. This is like home feeling and advertisement doesn’t elaborate everything.. it’s beyond that comfort. Only thing was noise due to building at back property and clearly communicated.. it didn’t affect us as at all as Saturday we were mostly out exploring and late afternoon onwards till Monday.. full comfort. Peeps on going project will be finished soon.. highly recommend as close to beaches… and proime location. We had awesome view on our window. Thanks Team, see you again next with my family. Thank you for your service."

"This is a family run business and the owner is a very nice guy. For the price we are quite happy with the place. It was clean and the place is spacious plus it’s in the City center. Some amenities you need to buy yourself, but it’s opposite Coles so you can buy most things if you need it. Only thing i would of preferred is a
showering head. They also had a public laundry room which was convenient.
Overall I highly recommend this place, if you are just joining tours outside and not just use hotel facilities."

"Nice looking resort but too noisy & enclosed environment.. Rooms were very small for price of room. We ended cancelling 2 extra nights because it was not accommodating for couples & staff weren't really interested. Too many children in pool area &was not at all relaxing environment. Quite disappointed as we have stayed at much nicer resorts for less money."
"Hotel facilities are average
Although the facilities are very old, they still have a swimming pool, which is a good price. However, there is a bar and a swimming pool, so beer can garbage is everywhere, and people who drink alcohol spill the wine in the swimming pool..."
"Very nice boutique hotel, close to the beach (directly opposite) and amenities like restaurants and shopping area. Staff are friendly. Access to washing machine and dryers are a bonus. Hotel guests parked for free, which is another bonus. Great hotel highly recommended."

Great
GGuest UserThe environment is good between the town's commercial center and the beach. Parking is right at the door of the room. It is very convenient. The management staff is very hospitable. There are microwaves, refrigerators, tableware, etc. in the room. There is a public area with barbecue and a small The decoration of the swimming pool and the room is just the simple type that is typical of B&Bs, except that the quilt is not covered with a quilt cover but a layer of sheets. It is easy to come into direct contact with the repeatedly used quilt or blanket when sleeping, so I used a portable four-piece disposable bed set .
GGuest UserThe accommodation is so beautiful! The small house we had was totally clean, had enough room for four people and was very cozy and properly furnished. The kitchen was also very well equipped.
The apartment is very beautiful and maintained overall. The pool is very beautiful.
Practical was also that there was a washing machine that you could use free of charge.
I would nevertheless stay here with my family again and I can recommend the accommodation very much!
YYEThe breakfast is good. The swimming pool is suitable for children. The location of the hotel is more convenient to find by car. We checked in after dark. The parking lot is free. Many parking spaces are right in front of the check-in point. Very convenient
GGuest UserI didn't pay attention when booking the room. Fortunately, I arrived at the hotel during working hours. The front desk told me that two adults and one child could not stay in a standard room. I needed to pay extra for a one-bedroom apartment. The price was reasonable at $100 for 2 nights. The one-bedroom apartment was really good, with a large bathroom, washing machine and dryer, and a simple kitchen. I bought breakfast at the supermarket and had a very rich breakfast. The whole hotel is actually an independent community, with villas, studios, and apartments. Parking is free, the environment is very good, very quiet, and a good place for vacation.
CCeleste TongWe stayed as a couple in late December, just after Christmas. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the shared swimming pool area on the ground floor. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the lovely reception staff, who showed us the room details. The room featured a spa tub on the balcony, which we enjoyed. However, the hotel itself felt a bit outdated and old-fashioned. While the room was reasonably comfortable, we noticed some wear and tear, like chipped and scratched surfaces in the bathroom amenities and signs of overall poor maintenance. Also, the spa tub was not well-cleaned, with visible dirt and mould in the crevices, which was disappointing. Overall, while the staff were welcoming and the room had its enjoyable aspects, the lack of upkeep in the facilities detracted from our experience.
PPaulA nice hotel a little way out of town (25 min walk or 5 mins with a transport service), and a little less to 4 mile beach. They had a decent sized pool and the room was clean and a good size. Friendly staff who were happy to look after bags after checkout so I could go out for the day close to the wildlife habitable
GGuest UserVery happy with our stay. Great value for money with everything our family needed. Large apartment, clean, great service and bonus walking distance to Main Street.
GGuest UserApart from the slightly high price, there is nothing to complain about. The hotel has beautiful scenery, is clean and sanitary, has free parking, has several lagoon pools, and is close to the beach. In addition, there is a unique aromatherapy in the room that is very pleasant to the smell. It is the first choice for staying in Port Douglas.
GGuest UserRoom was ok, on the smaller side, basic.
Could do with a freshen up, I.e. rubbish bin in bathroom with rusting lid.
TV ok, had foxtel, no streaming services.
Quiet enough at night to sleep, but noisy otherwise, pool means kids up early playing and could hear people in halls/above.
Not ideal if you want a holiday sleep in.
Pool was nice, quite cool in temperature. Music definitely too loud, hard to relax with it cranking all day.
Given the reviews was better than I expected, but wouldn’t want to stay for a long trip here. More a motel than a hotel/resort.
