We had booked the accommodation for three nights and moved out after one night (and that was only because we arrived late). The apartment smelled rotten and musty, so that you didn't even want to open your suitcase and it was unfortunately very dirty. We are not sensitive, but we were disgusted. From lots of small dead insects and dust on the fans, to sauce residue on the table, dirt in the fridge, a filthy extractor hood and tufts of hair in the corners of the room, there was unfortunately everything. The contact person asked us to show us our points of criticism and simply didn't care. She just said she couldn't offer us anything. What a shame and a really unprofessional reaction from the hostess. We booked something new and moved out. Thanks to our travel agent, we got our money back about a month later.
