這是旅行人生30多年第一次寫差評。首先訊息差，明明寫明1張大床，2張單人床。結果設定了2張雙人床。而且衹有兩張薄毯。 4人入住衹有酒店專用的1小瓶洗髮水，1小瓶護髮素和1小瓶沐浴露。明明酒店辦公時間到5點，4:51到，辦公室鐵將軍把門，人影都沒了。這樣的偷懶法絕無僅有。經過無數次溝通無果，雖然攜程平台也介入了，也都是無用功。説是第二天8:30後有員工上班後才能幫換和補充酒店用品，忍受一晚，居然有位小夥伴凍着感冒了🥵。第二天一早終於等到員工姍姍來遲慢吞吞開門辦公。説明瞭情況，告訴我們加一條毛毯要收澳幣40🔪。其他補充還要逐樣收費，其他用品我們都可以不要，可就加張毛毯也必須現場付費真是無理。最糟糕的是還要用語言侮辱人，還以為我聽不懂英語嗎？好歹我也有澳洲大學2個學位，這些歧視詞語還不知道嗎？ 再次尋求攜程支持，在這還真應該表揚下攜程為我們努力去溝通，結果攜程也是碰壁。無奈之下衹能補償我們當天房費。我們也真無法繼續住，另外租別的酒店。沒想到這家酒店服務是我在歐美加澳新碰到最差的一家，沒有之一。另外設備成舊，衞生也有爭議，特別是毛巾都泛黃了。絕對不能住這一家特差的酒店。感受太差了，破壞一切行程和心情。
