Great show shop with trendy shoes, sandals and thongs. A great range, although the assistant told me they are all imported shoes. That was the only downside. But I got myself a lovely comfortable pair of sandals. The assistants were very helpful and assisted me with my shoe fittings. Very friendly shop with great shop attendants.

Very clean, comfortable beds and great showers. With no reception staff on site, this is not a hotel. It’s a short stay room or small apartment. But its location is perfect and it is comfortable. BYO toilet paper though - ½ a roll for a 4 day stay was ridiculous.

The stay was good but sadly there was no one on reception for much of the day. It is always nice to have a person available. The drinks were left in the room, which was a nice touch. The place was pretty empty and it is sad to see prices are so expensive now but little occupancy. Being a business owner, I do understand the cost of wages is extremely high, so Accor hotels must be limiting staff. It is very sad to see the lack of personal touch anymore. I am not sure if I would choose this hotel again. I prefer to see an open reception and a smiling face. There was a rather stoic lady on reception (when it was open once) The bathroom could have been cleaner but overall the stay was ok but average. I feel Mantras need a bit of a training for staff.... this is the second one in FNQ that has been average and I have stayed many times over the years in Mantras. I am not usre if I will continue with my Accor membership.

The room had a nice feel to it, air-conditioned and with soft jazz playing. The balcony overlooking Grant Street with a view up to the main street gave us a real lift. Everything functioned well. The bathroom made me feel short, but maybe that's just me! The poofy pillows were a bit impossible, so I used one of the smaller decorative cushions to sleep on, though I should have used one of the pillows to stuff the gap between the mattress and the bed head. The location was great, and the cafe ***** on Grant Street is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And there is THE BEST bookshop down on the opposite corner of Warner Street. I chose this hotel for the Roman ruin pool, and it was awesome! The hotel provides undercover parking, which was appreciated with an imminent storm warning.

Great location for a quick trip to Port. Suite was clean and had everything needed. Spa wasn't working but hadn't anticipated one being there in the first place! Car spot reserved and easy checkin and out as reception was closed. Didn't stay in the accommodation much but had a quick feet dip (winter in FNQ) in the pool. All in all, a nice place to stay for a night or two.

Great location. , cafe ,dinner breakfast . Stroll down Macrossan street toward the beach find Surfies on the beach enjoy a swim at the right time of the year .. Plenty of places to eat ,Mexico,Rattle and Hum .Down the other end of town Tin Shed ,you may catch the prawn trawler and great fresh prawns to feast on.

Excellent position to town Belongs to Accor group of hotels Walk around the corner to cafes etc Our 2 by 2 apartment was excellent very clean and well equipped Didn’t like the parking much under the building you need to make sure of the vehicle height

great location, ammenities and check in after hours was perfect and easy. Room was clean, staff were very helpful and ill no doubt stay again. close to everything in the hearty of town. highly reccommend.
