Excellent place for stay! Super friendly and generous staff especially Elaine at the front. The moment we checked in she was so helpful and very respectful in communication. This is like home feeling and advertisement doesn’t elaborate everything.. it’s beyond that comfort. Only thing was noise due to building at back property and clearly communicated.. it didn’t affect us as at all as Saturday we were mostly out exploring and late afternoon onwards till Monday.. full comfort. Peeps on going project will be finished soon.. highly recommend as close to beaches… and proime location. We had awesome view on our window. Thanks Team, see you again next with my family. Thank you for your service.

Location is perfect close to all the restaurants on Macrossan St. Room is clean and has all the amenities we need.
Hosts are friendly and we actually locked ourselves out on our first night and hosts answered our call quickly to sort it out.
Highly recommended.

I stayed 3 nights as base
The room was perfect for what I needed
Clean bed bathroom and kitchen
Very accommodating with holiday equipment free use
Parking on site may be limited about 12
Easy walk to shops restaurants and the safety beach for swimming
I would stay there again if I am going back to FNQ

- Outstanding staff who were consistently friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable about local attractions and dining options
- Excellent complimentary beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, swimming gear, and towels
- Spotless accommodation with reliable heating and cooling

- Intrusive exterior lighting from common areas penetrated our room, making sleep difficult due to brightness levels persisting through the night

Great stay in Port Douglas!
We loved our stay. It is right near the beach. Walking distance to everything in Port Douglas. Restaurants, bars, shopping! Loved this town and sad to leave. Everyone who worked here was super friendly and helpful!

Clean and tidy. Plenty of beach stuff that can be used, towels etc. Trollies to take beach paraphernalia down to the seaside. Easy access to food shops, coffee and breakfast bars and a great selection of restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff.
