I’ve stayed here previously and it was very good but this time the experience was not so good. I was welcomed to an unpleasant smelling room, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, the fridge had condensation which left a small puddle on the floor, the WiFi did not work in the room and to top it off the key card stopped working and maintenance had to be called to let me in the room after a tiring day. So overall a very unpleasant stay this time.

first, I'm sorry because the picture doesn't match. forgot to snap a picture when I slept over that day. the hotel is very very spacious. all things are there. the only problem is that, left right front back like sooo noisy. sounds like a carpenter. so really annoyed the shit out of me. When I went to sleep, the sound of the engine was crazy loud. After that, I couldn't go back to sleep. and the room is right in front of the stairs. so it's okay if there are people who want to enter the room left and right. that also caused me to not be able to sleep hahaha. but the cleanliness, facilities, receptionist and other things are really worth every penny. This hotel is the best. thank you so much.

Hotel surroundings was great with sea view breakfast has varieties of option. Room was very big but it was dusty. There was buggy services to and fro the room and lobby.

The stay was enjoyable. Hotel is nice and so near to the beach. Keep it up. Syazwan is so helpful and friendly. The family room is so spacious and well designed. To enhance the service refrigerator should be provided as the temperature was so hot at the beach, cold refrigerated bottle water would be nice. Kids enjoyed the stay the most.We will be back soon.

Clean room and toilet. There is an iron and the toilet has slippers. Muslim friendly, got kain pelikat, telekung & sejadah. Staff are helpful. Breakfast not many varieties but delicious. I checked in very late (around 1+am) but the staff was still waiting and the guard helped bring our belongings to the room. Thank you.👍🏻🫰🏻
