Hi I booked the the upgraded room paying extra Rm30. Unfortunately no cooling at all.still need to borrow a fan from receptionist. The next day I was running nose. The night was un pleasant

Clean room and toilet. There is an iron and the toilet has slippers. Muslim friendly, got kain pelikat, telekung & sejadah. Staff are helpful. Breakfast not many varieties but delicious. I checked in very late (around 1+am) but the staff was still waiting and the guard helped bring our belongings to the room. Thank you.👍🏻🫰🏻

The location is not too far from the city center which makes it convenience for travelling around. There are plenty of open parking lots on the premise. Breakfast spread is good and suprised that they even have hor fun as a breakfast item. Rooms are OK, with all the ammenities needed. Shower water pressure is good. Unfortunately during our stay, only a single elevator was working, but it was sufficient and did not impeded time too much.

Been here for 2nd time. First was on working days so not many people were staying plus the hotel gave me a room with seaview although i booked a room park view. The 2nd time was on school and public holiday so all rooms are fully booked and there were so many people queueing to check in. I checked in at 2.30pm and only got my room at 4.20 which made me waiting at the lobby almost 2 hours. I asked the staff 3 times and they politely answer my query although there were other few guests that also getting mad as rooms were not ready yet by housekeeping. I manage to get a room after 3rd query. The room is spacey enough for small family with 2 kids. The room has not much changed from my first visit 2 years ago. The floor had been changed to vinyl/spc and the bath tub in the bathroom also been removed. Room cleanliness is better than before. Only the corridor remain dirty as the old carpet still remain and dirt and beach sand can be seen clearly on the carpet. Maybe it can be changes to vinyl/spc also. Housekeeping should be improve in future to avoid guest wait too long to get a room. I like this hotel as it is not so pricey less than 200 on public holiday and about 100+ in working days and the location is near to beach and got swimming pool with walking distance. At night it was quite scary to walk from lobby to our room. Sometime can hear kids yelling suddenly at the corridor and other rooms from our rooms.

Very nice accommodation. Near to the beach. Studio room is so nice. You can look at the seaview directly.

The room hotel is just simple for a medium family..the toilet is a bit dirty & the room aircond is seems like long time NOT service...at the same time there was a small construction Infront of our room, strong smell of gum..makes us feel dizzy of that smell...my kids love the pool...Please take an action of our opinion..TQ

everything is okay but the swimming pool is sooo limited & to small😆, maybe you all can upgrade/modified the swimming pool from small to big,because all hotel in this Era already have a big swimming pool. Also television must be upgraded like a new and have a netflix, or if you dont want please provide antena atleast we can watched Tv3,tv2,tv1..

The facilities were correct, nice room with balcony by paying a supplement, seen on the sea and the crows. Good reception, be careful with tourist taxes. Disappointed with no decent beach, even the well-known Blue Lagoon. Force to take a grab for travel otherwise plan 14 kil each time knowing that with high and low tide very complicated to follow the sea

I booked a room above a swimming pool which now is change to kayak activity . Tempat ni banyak nyamuk because pool tu tak bersih and nyamuk membiak . Not recommended . Maybe different room ok kot . Dalam bilik okay cuna banyak taik cicak . Tandas bersih . Staff friendly . No helper upon checkin to carry your bags ye

The hotel is located a minute walk from Teluk Kemang beach stretch. Many restaurants nearby and near the Teluk Kemang night market. Their in-house restaurant is Marrybrown located at ground floor (10am-10pm). Ample of parking and fairly safe. Cleanliness is tip top. Fairly friendly reception. No pool. But the beach is just a minute walk away.
