"it was a great vacation for us family right from the arrival till check out.
greeted warmly by the bellman or concierge upon arrival ,Smooth easy check in.the buggy driver all very hellpful and friendly.I a bellman in singapore and very happy to see the bellman there were all nice and helpful.
for breakfast we have a lot of nice food and the omelete and telur mata all done nicely upon request.the egg station is hot and every morning sure long que or the omelete is out and have to wait a while.but thumbs up they beat every egg requested.
Room service for my food ordered is fast and delicious event late at night.i check in 10/6 c out 14/6.
we enjoy every minute of our time there.We will surely make a trip over there soon.T q soo much for the hospitality.Even thought no name is mention ,thumbs up to every one,bell,recept,room service,operator n Everyone.

The only disadvantage is very limited parking if booking with agents (non direct hotel guest) and no buggy ride besides no breakfast. Basically, u r on ur own throughout the stay

"Yes, the scenery is charming. It's hard to find it by yourself. The boss sent someone to pick him up at Lijing's door. It felt like it was done by Lijing Rental. There is a Regent logo on the room card and inside. The boss speaks Chinese and is easy to communicate with"

"There is air conditioning + fan in the room, and two sockets are just right for two people.
Because the room is small, the temperature drops immediately after the air conditioning is turned on. It's so comfortable and safe.
The location is very good. You can go out to the beach. The beach is crowded and lively.
The boss lady is very nice, very kind and enthusiastic. If you need anything, you can tell her directly, which makes me feel at ease.
There are mosquitoes in the room. Some employees will put mosquito coils on the door at a fixed time.
My partner and I were not bitten by mosquitoes.
It is also convenient to drive here. I parked the car directly opposite the door of the room.
I like it very much. I forget things and get them directly in the car.
The residents opposite are a little noisy, but thinking about Christmas🎄 and I am also a night owl, I didn't care. The atmosphere is very good. They are not so noisy at the time.

RRG MikeThe staff were friendly and helpful. They greeted us the moment we arrived and continued to do so throughout our stay, making us feel very welcomed. However, I was a little disappointed with the room. I stayed at Water Chalet 046 and the mini fridge was not working. There was also an unpleasant smell when I opened it. I didn’t make a complaint as I only discovered this at night. In terms of amenities, housekeeping may have forgotten to replenish my shampoo and the hospitality tray. That said, the overall room was still great and the seaview was nice. Breakfast had a satisfying variety of choices and both indoor and outdoor parking were available. Overall, it was a good stay

AAmaliazainiVery nice experience spending time in this place. Its clean and neat. The service was great, the person in charge was very helpful to guide us to the chalet though to reach to the room was a bit confused because of the instruction board was a bit further from the entrance. We have to bear in mind that to get to the room is a bit far especially if we bring a lot of stuffs to carry. Buggy is available, but its not for the challet, its apparently only for the hotel guests. After all, it was a great experience and would love to come back with minimum stuffs to carry 😜 oh one more thing, there’s no internet. So we could really enjoy our time to only mesmerise the moments 😍

NNurulmukhtarrI recently stayed at a 3-bedroom apartment and was genuinely impressed by how spacious and comfortable it was — perfect for families or groups seeking both space and privacy. One of the best parts is its prime location, just a short walking distance to the beach, which made morning strolls and evening sunsets effortlessly enjoyable.
The hotel also offers excellent recreational facilities, including pools with fun water slides that my kids absolutely loved. Another plus point is the abundance of eateries right outside the hotel, offering a wide variety of local and international food options.
However, one area that could be improved is the lighting in the apartment. The lights were quite dim at night, especially in the hall. A single white fluorescent light would make a big difference and enhance the comfort of the space.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay — convenient, family-friendly, and ideally located. I’d definitely return, especially if the lighting issue is addressed.

WWendyXJThis is our third visit to Thistle PD. My little son loves it here. Big pool and accessible to the beach with water sports. He enjoyed playing with the sand and the beach water, yet mostly spending his time at the pool playing at the big pool with the splash and pool slides. There are arcades games, pool table at the play area as well as a play room for the blocks. Love the large area of grass for a walk to the beach. The room a bit faded but it’s clean. Smooth check in and out. Concierge staff is friendly and helpful. Good variety of breakfast. We had all our meals in the renovated restaurant this time. The Chinoise is closed for renovation I think. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

TTia RubyDont bother to pay extra for king size bed, they will still give you 2 single beds. Its stated in their room info, my bad for not reading them. Well never expected a king equal to 2 single beds😅. Might as well I take standard room with 2 single beds. End up I woke up with backpain then only realize it was 2 single beds. 🙄
The rest, food buffet okay. Nothing much.
Infinity Pool was great, suitable with the price.
Gym some equipment not function.
There were unused books or magazines kept at the rooftop, ruining the view.
Overall, you get what you paid. Except im super dissatisfied with the beds.

AAzlia D.My second visit to Avillion. Stayed 2 nights at the Garden Chalet (Upper Room).
Front desk srltaff were friendly, but there was no welcoming greeting upon arrival.
Room was spacious and well-equipped with towels, amenities, coffee tea, fan and a new aircond.
However, the upper room isn't suitable for the elderly or incapable people as the stairs are quite steep. Wi-Fi connection was bad.
Loved the green, peaceful surroundings and walking distance to the beach. Unfortunately, the calm atmosphere on the second day was disrupted by a group having team-building activities at the open space near the chalet area.
Breakfast was average and unchanged since my last visit in 2022. Staff at the coffee house were helpful and accommodating.
Plentry parking spaces with no charges.

AAnonymous UserThe worst hotel ever. You come for holiday, travel through the traffic jammed, when arrived they said the room is not ready. Can you imagine how frustrated are we. We so tired with the journey but ended up need to wait again with the baby. I’m so disappointed with the hotel. We book the hotel a week before, how come the room is not ready ? The first and last.
Other than that everything is acceptable.
