"This place was absolutely beautiful. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. I was lucky enough to get upgraded to an ocean view room. The room itself was awesome and having a solo pool was such an indulgence. It is the perfect place to be forced to relax. The only downside to it was the location, as a solo traveller who likes to see places, there wasn’t much to see or do near by. A Grab was needed to get anywhere."
"To check in was a bit hassle coz the lobby is at L3 so we kinda got lost after we parked our car. The check in was smooth but the lobby was on the south side of the building while the room was on the north side. So kinda have to walk a bit to get to our room. The room was good but it was bit dirty. You see hair everywhere on the floor and on the bathroom. There’s only one pillow were provided for each guest and it was totally flat. Asking for an extra pillow but they will charge RM5. I’m like what? No thanks. We ended up bought extra pillow at the supermarket downstairs and it cost us RM10 and we get to bring back the pillow. The sheets was bit smelly. Kinda stale smell. However the view from our room was nice. The aircond was not that cool even though it was set at 16 degree celcius. The buffet was decent. The location of the hotel was strategic as its right in the PD waterfront. Overall it was an ok stay for us. Do we gonna stay again here again? Probably not."
"The bed was a bit dirty and needs inspection. The view was decent. The hotel's location was also good, not too difficult to find. Overall, it offers good value for money considering its rating."
"Althought Lexis is well-known resort with almost 20 years of being in the business, the overall stay and experience could be much better enjoyed if the hotel had renovated or at least done a deep cleaning with replacement of dirty or rusted items. Things like shower tile grout, creaky wood cabinets and rusted metal hangings and furnishment could have been replaced/scrubbed clean instead of replaced as to not lose its historical charm. Had expected a better experience with the amount I paid and the claim of the place being a 4-star resort.
Also I thought my room came with a bathtub? The location had a large changing room in place instead."
"The place is nice. It might not be exactly at the beach side, but still near to go there. The room we booked is super huge, quite surprised when we enter for the first time 🤣 Service and breakfast is good as well, except be careful while having breakfast. The crows might steal your food! 🙏"
"I’ve stayed here whenever I was in the area.
Parking is definitely a hassle each time, but the location is quite strategic. Cleanliness is just average, though complete amenities are provided, including a hairdryer (Deluxe Double Room).
The toilet door couldn’t be properly locked or closed, leaving a gap of about 4 cm where air from the air conditioner could be pulled into the toilet.
If you’re planning to request a room with a view of the main street, bear in mind that you’ll be accompanied by loud road noise, including motorcycles, especially in the middle of the night.
Take this information as you will. For me, it was an acceptable stay for the rate offered."
"A fantastic staycation, especially great for families with kids. The children absolutely loved the playground and pool! We'd definitely come back again. The unit was comfortable and clean. Just a heads-up for checkout: be sure to allow extra time, as the lifts can take a while to arrive."
"everything is okay but the swimming pool is sooo limited & to small😆, maybe you all can upgrade/modified the swimming pool from small to big, because all hotel in this Era already have a big swimming pool. Also television must be upgraded like a new and have a netflix, or if you dont want please provide antena atleast we can watched Tv3,tv2,tv1.."
"The room was really clean but we booked 27m2 with window
We got a room no window, so I asked for the booked room: we get with window, clean BUT small!
So smal that the airconditioning is to big for the room; you get to much cold wind eight in your face!"
"Friendly front desk staff
Clean, newly renovated rooms
Water heater and water pressure is decent
Towel and basic toiletries are provided
Its actually located at the end of Lukut, 5 mins drive to Port Dickson district
Good location with alot of eateries and other shops like 99 speedmart and econsave, some massage centres are also available but not sure if its the decent ones.
Around 10 mins drive to PD waterfront and the nearest beach is the Batu Empat Beach.
Definetely will repeat stay 👌"

Very Good
SShargunanThe cultural experience at lexis hibiscus left us with many stories and great memories. The facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly.
AAmaliazainiVery nice experience spending time in this place. Its clean and neat. The service was great, the person in charge was very helpful to guide us to the chalet though to reach to the room was a bit confused because of the instruction board was a bit further from the entrance. We have to bear in mind that to get to the room is a bit far especially if we bring a lot of stuffs to carry. Buggy is available, but its not for the challet, its apparently only for the hotel guests. After all, it was a great experience and would love to come back with minimum stuffs to carry 😜 oh one more thing, there’s no internet. So we could really enjoy our time to only mesmerise the moments 😍
NNadinefamilyStayed with our 2 yr old toddler, maybe bcs it was a public holiday the checkin process took too long. We can only check in at 4.30pm but room is cleaned and the distance to beach is walkable. We enjoyed our stay so much
NNurulmukhtarrI recently stayed at a 3-bedroom apartment and was genuinely impressed by how spacious and comfortable it was — perfect for families or groups seeking both space and privacy. One of the best parts is its prime location, just a short walking distance to the beach, which made morning strolls and evening sunsets effortlessly enjoyable.
The hotel also offers excellent recreational facilities, including pools with fun water slides that my kids absolutely loved. Another plus point is the abundance of eateries right outside the hotel, offering a wide variety of local and international food options.
However, one area that could be improved is the lighting in the apartment. The lights were quite dim at night, especially in the hall. A single white fluorescent light would make a big difference and enhance the comfort of the space.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay — convenient, family-friendly, and ideally located. I’d definitely return, especially if the lighting issue is addressed.
AAzlamStrategic location. The receptionist on call can be more friendly. Called to ask if there is possibility to check in early and the lady simply ask to come to the hotel to check. How inconveneient. Why cant they help check? I dont get it. Other than that, rooms are quite dated, especially the toilets.
AAnonymous UserAll good except
1. I requested a king size since I came with my husband. But we got 2 single beds.
I asked the counter before checking out, and the reason is that there are a lot of activities this week.
However, I believe it's not an acceptable excuse. I already booked the room beforehand. The hotel side should not give the book booking to other clients
2. Veranda outside of the room
I think the hotel could ask the cleaner to clean the veranda during room keeping before the guest check-in. It smells like bird poop and not cleaned previously.
Overall, they are good.
We enjoy the stay in your hotel. The view is breathtaking and definitely will repeat again .
Hope you can improve on the above points
AAnonymous UserNo TV remote control was available. I had booked a king-sized bed, but it wasn't provided. Check-in was quite slow, despite the lack of other guests. There was a water leak directly outside my room, and the corridor was slightly flooded when walking through it. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odor; perhaps an air freshener could be placed there. On the positive side, the air conditioner was very effective and kept the room extremely cold. All the room lights worked perfectly, and the fan also functioned well. The mattress and blankets were comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Overall, there's a lot that needs improvement. Specifically, if king-sized beds are not widely available, the hotel should not offer guests the option to choose between a king or twin during booking.
CCocaAchimThe rooms are big, the hotel is huge and directlyon the beach, the staff is very friendly!
but...the hotel is old and run down, the beach has nothing to stay like chairs, few options on food, the pool has 4 wood chairs but we where 7 people, and still didn't manage to stay there as there where 3-4 families with lots of kids.
Port Dikson is an old town with lots of stires closed and nothing to do, unfortunately.
We had 7 nights payed but stayed only 2 and got back to Kuala Lumpur. We couldn't get the money back for the 5 nights :(
IIma NaimahOur 4th time staying here. Love the pool and clean beach, however this time around; the room we got is quite old and dusty. Hope they can improve on that. Especially the cleanliness. Others are all okay.
