Trip.com offered the cheapest price for several days and I booked a night and other lucky people must have booked the remaining rooms when I wanted to book additional nights,
grand Lexis is a grand old dame, still elegant in many ways, the enclosed private pool is luxurious and water clear and clean, the king size bed is huge and I slept well, there's the bonus of a ceiling fan before the aircon can cool down the room, the buggy service is fantastic and the breakfast spread is one of the best where Malaysian cuisine is concerned, a memorable trip

Very dissapointing for this time. The phone at room are not working, internet so slow. The sink pipe the water all come out from the side and the water all arount the counter top,lucky I bring a kitchen towel. And I ask from a front desk an extra small towel . Grand lexis need to upgrade the room ,look old. But thank to the staff nama EVELYN. I recognised her from my previous stays, she upgrade my room to bigger room from my previous room that I book. All the buggy driver was friendly and helpfull. Hope to see a change when I come again next time.

Service pantas. Request towel, extra blanket sekejap je smpi. staff semua senyum. Buggy service pun ok. Semua ok. Book exec pool view dh free upgrade to sea view. Overall in happy with my staycation

Family trip with 2kids, very enjoy the kid swimming pool with water slides & also room swimming pool ( big enough for 4 of us ) .
Room is big with 2 king bed.
Breakfast still need improvement.
