The area was great, the resort was great, but the service was awful. The apartment was pretty dirty and the small room AC didn't work. I would not usually let this bother me, but the internet did not work either with the managers basically refusing to help fix it. This drastically affected my work, but it was the attitude that irked me. In fact the only sense of urgency was when it was time to check out and the cleaners were there at 12 on the dot hounding me.
Stay at this resort, do not stay with this reseller.
