Hotel Sis Pins

Fantastic location amidst the Pine Walk. The hotel is central to all that is good about Puerto Pollensa. The hotel is old, compared to the rest of the hotels in the area, it has character & is on the beach front. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The breakfasts were good, self service to start re toasts, cereals etc but the “hot breakfast” was cooked to order & were lovely. Strange relationship with “Capuccino” who run their “cafe” business from Sis Pins premises. We never used them so Connor comment re their product or service. There’s no “sunbathing” area as such, but you are provided with sunloungers (very comfortable) which you can carry to nearby beaches or onto the “nondiscript” concrete terrace which is next door to Capucinno,s main eating area. Overall the hotel is lovely & has character. My wife & I stayed there on the hottest day in Spains History & the air conditioning in our room was fantastic. We’re would have melted without it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sis Pins & would happily return.

Hotel had character and was very clean Staff were friendly and helpful at all times I loved the way you could get up early I. The am and walk straight out to the sea within minutes. Have a swim and back for a fresh breakfast alfresco

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I stayed here with my 83 year old mum, sister and daughter for 1 week. We were treated very poorly by the Manager who told us if we don’t like it then we should leave after we told them about the noise in the room from 6am in the morning. We were purely telling them about the noise and not making a fuss at all. The room was at the back of the hotel and we spoke to other guests who also witnessed the noise at the back from delivery vans but were told by the receptionist that no one else has mentioned it! He then told me that he looked in the morning and that the balcony door was left open. It definitely was not. This staff member - Paddy - was particularly rude. No awareness of good customer care. We were all overcome with shock at how we were treated. The hotel room was very dated which was nice to experience but when I looked at the mattresses they were very old and no mattress covers which should be a must nowadays. The balcony overlooked the kitchens with the smells and noise rising up. The breakfast set up is appalling given that the majority of the guests are older. There are 2 kettles to boil your own water for tea. Jugs of orange juice and water that spill onto the floor causing a slip hazard. Then you have to walk down 3 steps to get to the seating area. This is an accident waiting to happen. The rest of the staff (waitresses at breakfast and room service and the other reception staff) were lovely but unfortunately it is run by a very rude lady who manages the hotel and she does not know how to treat her guests. She did not come to apologise to us. We took the first opportunity to leave the hotel and move to the Illa D’Or where the experience was completely different. I just feel sad that the manager at this hotel gave us a bad experience but this has not put me off the resort of Puerto Pollensa which is beautiful. I would not normally give a bad review but the treatment we had was very poor and I want to make others aware of it.

Traditional Spanish style hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Located front line with lovely views. Room spacious, comfortable bed and pillows,balcony. Shower over the bath. Lightweight beach chairs provided in your room for use on the hotels terrace across the road. Breakfast is adequate with good choice. Hot food is available to order, so brought fresh from the kitchen and nice and hot. Good location for cafes, bars and restaurants. Cappuccino bar Very, very expensive however. There are 3 steps up to the lift/Breakfast buffet for anyone with mobility issues.

Excellent stay at the Sis Pins. We had a balcony with sea view. The room was comfortable, staff very pleasant and hepful, breakfasts were good and the whole atmosphere very relaxing. Puerto Pollensa is a lovely resort for a relaxing holiday, or, if you are a cyclist, you can join many others who choose this area. Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely small hotel very clean staff were very helpful even did me a packed lunch because my transfer was early so I would of missed breakfast even had a safe room to leave my bike and The views while eating breakfast are probably the best in the resort Hopping to be back in August
