Quelle horreur cette chambre à 83€ la nuit!!!!! Humide, minuscule, fenêtre qui a du mal s ouvrir et qui donne sur une colonne d aeration décorée de gros pots de plantes qui dégagent une odeur d humus même le placard est bancal!! odeur d égout et d humidité mélangées (les nuits furent longues) Robinets blanc de calcaire (hygiène bof) Aucune isolation sonore cette chambre en septembre ne vaut pas plus de 40€! A fuir, gardez vos sous!

Hotel muy bien hubicado, habitacion con aire acondicionado, pequeña pero my correcta, el baño bien. No sirven cenas ni desayunos, pero en la primera planta hay una cafetera, nevera y microondas a disposicion de los clientes. Habitacion silenciosa, muy cerca de la playa, a apenas 5 min. tiene un parking vigilado para dejar los vehiculos.

Tenia una reserva del 07/06 al 12/06. El día 11/06/24 por la mañana me llamaron para informarme de la muerte de un familiar (abuelo). Me dirijo a recepción y me atiende una chica no recuerdo nombre y la informo de lo que me ha sucedido y la digo que nos vamos. La pregunto si es posible la devolución del día que no vamos a estar y me dice que al haber realizado la reserva directamente con ellos si su supervisora quiere me abonan ese día. Lo unico que me devolvieron fue 15 euros del parking. Que mande el certificado de defunción por correo. Lo envío y la contestación del hotel es que tenía que haber avisado con 48 horas. Me parece una falta de respeto y poca empatía. Si te avisan de una defunción repentina como vas a avisar con 48 horas. Desde luego no volvere mas y tampoco lo recomendaré.

Loué pour une nuit, cet hôtel 2 * est une annexe de l'hôtel Porto Cristo qui est un 4 *. les chambres sont très propres, la notre, avec un lit 2 places est très exiguë, pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur, mais uniquement sur un puis de lumière ou se trouve le cumulus. Malgré tout, literie très bonne. Par contre, nous avons pris le petit déjeuner au porto cristo (4*) et là, pour 15 € par personne le petit déjeuner était sublime, très copieux, produit frais à volonté.

Tema comida un poco pesima, basica y sin variedad. No es caro por ser 4 estrellas, en mi opinion no merece las 4. Marcho descontento con la visita al hotel, seguramente no volveremos a este alojamiento .
