This place had a great price so I gave it a try. It took three tries to put me in a room that did not have an odor or something broken or some thing else. If you stay here I recommend staying on the second floor because the three rooms they tried to put me in on the first floor all had really terrible moldy smell. I think they’re going through some kind of renovation and they need to badly and once they do I would probably recommend this place.

Our daughter had just flown into Punta Gorda airport and this location is spot on for picking someone up and sleeping the night. Her flight came in very late night. The staff was very nice. Horrible, horrible, horrible ' Just a bad situation when the room has the smoke detector hanging from the ceiling. The second photo is of a clothes/towel holder hanging out of the bathroom wall. In addition, the floor was not level and had a rollercoaster feel to it. I asked the maid if all the rooms had this issue with the floors and she came into the room and noticed it right away. She told me not as bad as this room and would pass along the issue. The site listed breakfast was included but the staff said there was no breakfast when we inquired about the hours for breakfast the night before. They claimed they were not aware that breakfast was listed on their website which I showed them from my phone. I showed them the photos of the smoke detector but not sure it will be addressed. I always like to list the positive and negatives but have a hard time thinking of positives. The price was less than $85 but I have stayed in better for less money. The bed was comfy and the shower was nice. The cleaning staff was friendly.

My girl friend and I stayed at this location on Sunday, March 7. In booking the room Shannon at the front desk was most helpful and personable. The room was clean with many amenities. However when we came down stairs the next morning the breakfast was much below pare. There was no coffee available, no toast or bagels, and the only fruit was several apples and 2 bananas that were several days old. The staff has to brew coffee since they could not get the machine to work. There were only 6 or 7 small boxes of cereal which were gone within 10 minutes of our arrival to the area. I realize restrictions are in place as a result of Covid, but this breakfast selection was small at best. The staff kept telling folks that complained that the ”truck comes tomorrow” whatever that means. Management had to know that food selection would be low, so they could have planned adequately. We were disappointed since I have stayed at this chain previously and have always been pleased with the experience.

We stayed here with family for an overnight before heading to FLL and a cruise. Our daughter had just flown into Punta Gorda airport and this location is spot on for picking someone up and sleeping the night. Her flight came in very late night. The staff was very nice. The property well maintained and clean. Would absolutely stay again - right off of 75.

This place had a great price so I gave it a try. It took three tries to put me in a room that did not have an odor or something broken or some thing else. If you stay here I recommend staying on the second floor because the three rooms they tried to put me in on the first floor all had really terrible moldy smell. I think they’re going through some kind of renovation and they need to badly and once they do I would probably recommend this place.

Horrible, horrible, horrible ' Just a bad situation when the room has the smoke detector hanging from the ceiling. The second photo is of a clothes/towel holder hanging out of the bathroom wall. In addition, the floor was not level and had a rollercoaster feel to it. I asked the maid if all the rooms had this issue with the floors and she came into the room and noticed it right away. She told me not as bad as this room and would pass along the issue. The site listed breakfast was included but the staff said there was no breakfast when we inquired about the hours for breakfast the night before. They claimed they were not aware that breakfast was listed on their website which I showed them from my phone. I showed them the photos of the smoke detector but not sure it will be addressed. I always like to list the positive and negatives but have a hard time thinking of positives. The price was less than $85 but I have stayed in better for less money. The bed was comfy and the shower was nice. The cleaning staff was friendly.
