The fire alarm always beeping during whole night. We called the receptionist for helping, but no one ans after 8pm. Then we followed the instrustion and find the emergency manager, did not pick up the phone. And we also want to leave the msg, the mail box was full!!
In the morning the house keeper was ready to clean up the house and we told her that the problem, she said she will followup but till now i hv not received any email…
Otherwise everything was ok

Was charge additional because 2 kids? I have show all people when I made booking. Have no choice, can only pay at counter, if not pay can not stay. Contact trip customer service , no useful at all!

The location is great which is 15 min away from the main london bridge. The room is pristine clean and well equipped. Only drawback being the washroom
basin was filled with ant and after a few hours we were moved to a new unit. The front desk staff is quite supportive and helpful

A large villa with a mini outdoor terrace. It is a bit far from the restaurants in the town center. Overall it is good.

If you don't mind ants, this is a good choice. There are ants in the closet and bathroom. The sound insulation is not very good.

It's a 10-minute walk from the town. It's not noisy. It's very nice and convenient. It has all kinds of tableware and a rice cooker.
