Symphony Summer Sands Beach Resort and Spa

The rooms were spacious , a beautiful pool, and great service. I really appreciate the peaceful location and tasty food. However, there were issues with the Wi-Fi , maintenance issues, and occasional delays at check-in. Overall, it’s a relaxing spot, though there’s room for improvement.

was overwhelming to enter this sprawling property. It looks a favorite Hotspot with tourists. It was nice to have their unique welcome drink while Neeraj assisted by Priya did our upgrade and check in...we were escorted to our ocean side room and omg a swing in the room lifted spirits to a different level..1st property to pamper for choice. The place is simply amazing...have uploaded photos and videos as love at first sight...will update more on restaurant..spa..breakfast later.....till then enjoying this beautiful property.Devendra was helpful to have us carry some clicks near the pool.Tapas and Jonom at reception were helpful ***** with the Nepali security nice *** Today morning the breakfast spread was so healthy...fresh fruits..guava juice..idli sambar chutneys..variety...parathas..macroni..vermicelli Upma..baked beans...superb ginger tea..coffee..I gave the cake and muffin a pass...Vijay Singh..monisha..Alok..Jennifer..chef Vinoy made the morning amazing...It is a huge property and we can see round the clock maintenance...inspite of footfalls with sand..wet clothes..and so on but Neeraj s quick eye for perfection and leadership with a smile shows all level staff are happy

My stay at Symphony Summer Sands was an absolute delight! The resort's beachfront location offered breathtaking views of the ocean, and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore was soothing. The rooms were tastefully decorated, comfortable, and equipped with all modern amenities. The staff were warm, welcoming, and provided exceptional service. The resort's activities, including water sports and beach games, added to the fun. Overall, Symphony Summer Sands exceeded my expectations, and I would love to visit again!

An excellent beach front property in the picturesque Neil island. Well spread on both sides of the road with a good swimming pool, spacious restaurant and greenery.Rooms are spacious and well.made with a nice swing and lots of seating space.Individual balcony and lots of greenery around makes it more attractive.The private beach is too rocky and not advisable to access. Restaurant buffet breakfast is well spread with good food options.Prices are high but service is good.Restaurant and room service team are courteous. Front desk team are comparatively arrogant and created unwanted confusion during check in wrt the booking confirmation and also during check out with billing errors.This area needs a makeover.Else, overall a great property for a peaceful holiday.

We stayed at the poolside facing room. The food was decent. Breakfast was okay. But Mr Alok Singh Rajput gave a good service and was very helpful. Mr Mrinal was also extremely cordial and served us dinner and was very friendly and smiley. Only the rooms need to be more cleaner. Curtains are not easy to open. AC remotes Donot function well. Overall a good experience coz the staff was very friendly and smiley.
