We were stayed in couple room. Room maintain very well. Rest room door and main door need to maintain.Over all food and stay very good.

Staffs were very courteous. Scope for improvement: (1) restaurant is operational for limited hours and food choice is also limited considering the fact that there is no nearby eateries. (2) intercom was found not working

Reservation was for executive room by paying but provided accomodation of delux room. When i inquir at hotel he replied you can cancel which was not fair.

Stay price is high.
Food is good because menu price is nice.
Hotel behaviour is OK bcos if you want anything in room you will have to remind them 2-3 times
If you go directly to them they don't allow easily and don't reduce in amount even 100-200rs.

provided more than what was promised in the booking. love the hospitality of the entire staff. they even provided complimentary candle light dinner and helped and guided me in my trip and booking various tickets.
