They didn’t have toothpaste when I asked for it and I had to wait a while to check out. Overall I’d say it was still a good place to stay

Clean and comfortable room. The bed was awesome, check in was slow but, friendly. The room was perfect for our stay.

The property was very convenient to my activities. My only con was that when trying to reach the hotel the staff answered & kept me on hold for 30 minutes just come back & tell me I’d have to call back at a later time. My room was already reserved I just needed information about the latest for check out due to late flight.

Relatively new Holiday Inn Express. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was decent, great shower, comfortable beds. Definitely a good moderate hotel choice, good location.

Called and was told this was a pet friendly property. Then at 7:00am on the third morning they knocked at our door started calling and harassing us threatening to charge my card for fees. Tried to explain that we had called and was told, even gave the persons name we spoke with, that pets were allowed. It escalated into a complete fiasco. If this has not occurred stay would have been fine, however managerial and policy issues need to be addressed.
