The hotel was very clean when we arrived. Quick checkin process, friendly staff, clean bedroom. We had to check out a day early because of a family emergency 6 hours away. The front desk clerk saw how upset k was and packed us a small going away bag for our travels home. My only complaint would be the parking in the parking lot. It was extremely crowded as cere

The bed sheets was dirty. They gave me another room. Those sheets were dirty as well. On check out day, housekeeping came to the room 2 times before 11 trying to clean up. So aggravating.

The hotel was super clean didn’t have to worry about roaches crawling over my head.. the stuff was great and breakfast was so good.. the hotel is worth the money

New hotel, clean, pay attention with access the traffic is crazy afternoon - evening hours.

Room was clean and comfortable. King “suite” with pull out couch had 2 TVs in the room - the kids loved it! Breakfast had a lot of options - cheese omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, bagels, muffins, yogurt, bananas, and a few other things. Our 11 year old said “Can we stay here every time we have to come to Baton Rouge?”

Clean hotel, clean room, lots of elbow room, good breakfast bar, everything in working order, good rate, easy access to main Highway.

Everything was great. The only issue was when the pet fee was not charged through on my credit card. We were settled into our room for the evening when the front desk called. I went back down to the front desk and she said the card was declined. We tried two other cards and both were declined. Interesting, as one of the cards a had JUST been used to book the room. The agent told me I could pay in cash; I didn’t have cash. She just looked at me like there was NO option. I asked her if she would like me to move to another hotel; this is how she made me feel. I told her I would come back in the morning and take care of it. Next morning, the fee was already charged through. This interaction left me feeling frustrated and I hope the agents are given more empowerment to handle this kind of situation in the future. I the fee was $25…I paid $150 for the room. Even if the card declines, find a way to make the first feel valued. All else was great.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean and updated. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast had great options including cheese omelets, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, oatmeal with toppings, juices, muffins, and an assortment of breads. My boys said the gym had good workout equipment. This was a wonderful place to rest up during our road trip. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

Everything was perfect! I have a very picky husband and daughter. And when they gave me the thumbs up I knew it was good. Everything was nice. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was nice with a lot of option cold and hot. The staff was amazing. Just All around a good stay.

Very clean, comfy beds. Only issue was the noise from the road- so loud it sounded like a window was open.

Overall, our stay was alright. We really struggled with the lightening. It was not warm and inviting-very fluorescent/industrial like. Difficult for someone with migraine headaches. Room was attended to daily but toiletries were never replaced so down we would go to the front desk as there was no staff to bring it up.

Really like thie hotel, it was convenient to get to and very clean. Beds were super comfortable!

Staff is awesome, very helpful and welcoming. Love that I can bring my fur baby. Great breakfast, comfy beds. Would stay again if ever in the area! Good value for the price!!
