What a wonderful place! We had an fantastic experience at the main lodge. The wildlife was great, the ranger was very dedicated and knowledgeable. Cabins were located in stunning nature and were very comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony was also a big plus. From arrival to departure we felt well taken care of. A fantastic experience that I recommend to everyone.

We stayed at Ukhozi lodge which was fantastic. Our room was brilliant, very clean and the views are amazing. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. The drives out on the reserve were really special. Very well organised and our ranger Melissa made what was already an amazing trip an unbelievable experience. She had such great knowledge of the reserve the animals and plants. She seemed to always get us in to great positions to view the animals, gave us plenty of time to take everything in and we always felt safe. Highly recommend.

Our stay at the Ukhozi Lodge was absolutely exceptional. We went on four game drives during our visit, and each one was unforgettable. Thanks to the incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated guide, we were able to see all the animals we had hoped for—truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience! The lodge itself is stunning: beautifully designed, very comfortable, and perfectly integrated into the surroundings. After each game drive, we were welcomed back with excellent service and outstanding meals. The food was not only delicious but presented with great care, making every dinner feel special. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a top-tier safari experience with great wildlife sightings, exceptional hospitality, and a beautiful place to stay, Ukhozi Lodge is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

We just spent 3 nights at the Main Lodge as part of our honeymoon. Every part of our trip was incredible. The property itself is stunning with a cosy lodge, small gym, swimming pool area and bar/restaurant. The food was excellent and staff went above and beyond to cater to any needs. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were blessed with our guide Jenna who was full of passion, enthusiasm and knowledge which made every game drive enjoyable and informative. We were able to enjoy game drives, walks and a boat trip during out stay. The weather was changeable and could be very cold/windy on the drives in the morning (5.30). Could not recommend more!

Would immediately do it again. Kids and adults loved it. Main lodge cabins are huge, our guide Archie was great and the kids made friends with the other kids in our group. Buffet and African dance show were nice. We have seen many animals and we were surprised how close to them we could be. Only thing we should have done different is to stay 3 days instead of 2. The others in our group stayed 3 days and they saw the cheetahs on the last day. All in all it was the best part of our garden route trip.

What a fantastic experience! The wildlife was stunning, our driver ensured that we saw everything that the reserve had to offer. The attention to detail with the accommodation and food was first class. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, yet professional at all times. We can't wait to visit again :)
