Majestic M Suites are our go to every time we are in Adelaide. The quality of service, room cleanliness and comfort make this arguably the best accommodation venue in Adelaide. An added bonus is the secure underground carpark . Quality eateries are only a short stroll making it a well located.

The property is conveniently located on the North Terrace among the campus of University of South Australia. Hotel parking was limited but it was not a problem of us as we were mostly out early in the morning for sightseeing and only back after dinner. Hence we parked our car along Liverpool St which offered free overnight parking. The Oval, Railway Station and Rundle Mall are all a few minutes walk away. We were given a corner room on the 2nd floor which was HUGE. The room was slightly dated but it was clean and functional.

The hygiene is that of a motel. There is nothing special. The environment is good. The other areas are RV campsites. The overall look is good. There are cameras at the door. Generally speaking, it is economical and can be lived in. It is just suitable for living alone.

March 2024 Here is a list of issues you may have to deal with: 1. Lights are weirdly wired. You can’t turn on the bathroom lights without having the rest of the lights on. This is problematic when one is sharing the apartment and one needs to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. Other guests staying at the apartments had the same issue. 2. It is stated that the apartment has Netflix but it does not work. When I mentioned it to the marketing girl she said she would have it looked at but no one came to the apartment to repair the problem. Again, other guests staying in the apartments had the same issue. 3. When we arrived on the 13th, there was only one tea bag instead of 2. I was sharing the room with my husband, that is not thoughtful, obviously we would have needed 2 teabags. 4. We stayed 5 nights and only had the room serviced once. I had left the tag to service the room but it was only done once. 5. On the Saturday our room was finally serviced but they did not replenish the toilet paper and we were left with none which meant we had to purchase toilet paper as there was no one in reception. If conveniences and service isn't important to you then by all means stay here. The apartments are just off the main road that have lots of great cafes and restaurants. The apartments are brand new, fresh, clean and modern. The staff are helpful and listen to concerns you may have. Read less Tip: An apt description for this place is Location, Location, Location. Needing a place to stay and not much to choose from in the North East, we went to Sferas and it was wonderful. Not real happy that they wanted a $150 holding deposit so we make sure we don't wreck the room. This is a fist class place to stay. The room had plenty of space, was clean and the bed and pillows were wondwerful to sleep on. The bathroom was roomy enought to take my walker.The only complaint was the noise beneath up as they had a school graduation.

I booked room 29 the “Executive Suite” this is beautiful accommodation, under different circumstances it would be perfect for a holiday stay, but we were there to be close to family member in hospital. Back to the review, even though we didn’t make full use of it the suite is very nicely furnished, the beds are oh so comfy and the kitchen family has everything you could possibly want with a full kitchen and a huge couch to laze around. Go there you won’t be disappointed. My one and only negative is parking can be tricky.

My parents and I booked for lunch. Two of us had the lamb shoulder and the other had Mulloway. 10/10 for all mains and empty plates sent back to the kitchen. Desserts were ordered - two of us had the expression parfait - a delicious combo of treacle tart and coffee parfait with delicious inclusions such as crisp honeycomb. The third member of the party fancied the ice cream and strawberry sauce enjoyed by the youngster on the neighboring table and the kitchen were happy to oblige. Service friendly and efficient, and the bar person made and excellent gin and tonic to highlight a SA Gin for this Victorian. All in all the best hotel meal I have had in Adelaide for many years and I will come back on other trips.

On the positive side, the hotel is clean and breakfast was good. The rooms are quite dated and could definitely do with a refresh. Unfortunately I was in a room over Main Street near an intersection. The noise from the pedestrian lights was audible all night, as was pub noises and noises from the other rooms. The room was spacious, but as mentioned the decor was quite dated. Overall, it’s fine as a place to crash for the night, but I wouldn’t stay again unless they improved the soundproofing!

Heritage hotel nicely refurbished. Checkin experience could have been smoother with processes, but eventually on track. Staff good everywhere we went. Comfy King Coil bed. Very clean throughout. New bathroom. New TV with Netflix. Studio-sized living space, and spacious in bathroom. Stairs up to rooms - a bit challenging with luggage. Signage in welcome lounge referring to a fridge needs check for customer impression. Wifi helped plan our day. Nice touches with bathroom products and soft white towels. Decent instant coffee and tea. Secure room key entry. Key coded from street level. Overall, very good and recommended. Close to 5 stars. Great location near coast and shopping.
