Really not impressed with this hotel. Reception area is modern but very hot, air con didn’t seem to be on and there was a really awful smell. Was so disappointed with our room, we payed for a triple superior (3.5k for the flights and hotel) and the room was awful. It was dirty, the air con wouldn’t go below 23, there were cracked tiles, exposed pipes and mould in the bathroom. The balcony looked like it could collapse! We spoke to reception about moving rooms and they said there were none. We said we’d be happy to pay to upgrade but they said it would be an extra €175 a night! The following day they said we could move to a new room and it was an ‘upgrade’ but they’d basically moved us to a double room with a fold out bed!! We were finding the whole thing stressful so we just stayed in that room but are really unhappy that we didn’t get what we payed for! We also found that the reception staff were not friendly, but the ladies at the bar downstairs were lovely!

Great hotel for families and sports enthusiasts. We came here for sports camp amd discovered a perfect hotel for a nice holiday with the family by the sea. The hotel has great service, everyone similing and very kind. The cleaning personnel was always attentive to our requests. We werr also suprisez with a glass of wine to celebrate a birthday in the familiy. We had very nice bathrobes and also for the child a special blue one ;). The breakfast is just amazing - so many options. We especially enjoyed the live omlette cooking station and the olive oil bar where we found out that Istria has great olive oil. Another suprise was to have every morning fresh donuts, mot lime the american ones, but like our gramdmother used to do it. We enjoyed so much that we asked for an extension and we were upgraded from a triple room to an apartament with sea view. We will definitey come back. For people who are not used with children, this might be an issue as the hotel is always full of children of all ages. The facilities are thought also for them like the gaming room which was a big plus. Even if we were off season the hotel was full which shows that it is popular.

Staff are very friendly and kind, food is lovely especially the pancakes 🥞 and pool is lovely and amazing view from our balcony watching the sunset

Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff, especially on reception. Nothing is too much trouble. Everywhere is very clean, delicious and varied selection of food in the restaurant. Even a swimming lane in the pool next door. We must love it, it was our 11th visit!

Excellent hotel with good facilities, dining and children’s club. Staff are friendly and helpful, notably the reception team. Dining is freshly prepared Buffett style and very varied. 3 pools, one indoor, one children orientated and a 25m pool with mini spa.

Really great experience. Comfortable rooms, great food and very service minded, purposeful and kind staff. An extra shout out to Cvijeta and Almir, waiters at the hotel restaurant who really embodied meaning of hospitality. We will definitely come back again.

The rooms were comfortable but could use a refresh—some fixtures felt a bit dated. On the upside, the kids’ entertainment program was outstanding, with engaging activities, a well-equipped play area, and friendly staff who kept the little ones happily occupied. Amenities like the pool, on-site café, and evening shows were all top-notch. If you’re traveling with children and value fun, this place is hard to beat.

The waiter called Almir is doing a great job! Always very nice and helpful and asking if we need anything. Amazing waiter and makes breakfast and dinner more fun!

Went with my daughter - she loves Maro, Mini disco, staying @ beach, simply all of it. Excellent food, nice service, facilities are clean, not so loud, perfect for families. If you enjoy sports- also an excellent choice to go for.We loved it.
