The location was great, close to the long-distance bus terminal. The entrance is inconspicuous, next to a kebab shop, so I walked right past it without noticing it at first.
The single room was in the attic with only a skylight, offering a sky view. That's great, but part of the roof sags at an angle, so even though I was careful, I still hit my head on it a few times. Tall people should be especially careful!

The very multilingual staff was great. Everyone was friendly and good at their job. I got to speak Italian most of the time but that was my choice, everyone spoke English really well.

Writing this review at 2 am unable to sleep for throbbing music from next door nightclub. For all the positives about the hotel , great harbour front location, friendly helpful staff etc not being able to sleep until 4am is a pretty basic failing in a hotel. Cannot recommend it therefore

This hotel is in a very good location right by the water front. The scene outside is a bit busy, but it was quiet after hours. The room we had was well furnished and the bathroom was clean and modern. Unfortunately we were in a top floor and the ceiling was sloped quite low over part of the room, so it was not as spacious or functional as we would have liked. The included breakfast was very good. It was awkward that breakfast was served till 10:30, but checkout time was 10:00 a.m. This was also contrary to the details specified on ******* when we booked the room.
