The service is exceptional, the staff are wonderful and food is fabulous. I would advise booking restraints for dinner via their website in advance of arriving to avoid not being able to get a table. I would especially recommend the Japanese restaurant. We also went to the Sisley spa and had a yoga class and sound bath which was very special. This hotel is 5* in everything. Even though it's child friendly it still feels quiet and adult only. So there is something for families and also adults. I was a solo traveler and felt safe and comfortable.

Beautiful property. Would be nice if the security at the gate and the maid service spoke better English like the rest of the staff. Several miscommunications. restaurants are all delicious but book up and we did not get to try them all.

Fabulous place to stay!! There for two nights and it was fabulous. A bit quieter in March but there was still plenty to do and places to eat and drink. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier and would have done anything for you. Nice to offer a welcoming drink on arrival.

Resort to relax in. Very comfortable hotel with beautiful manicured grounds. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast buffet was superb. Only problem was a lack of local restaurants in easy walking distance, encouraging visitors to visit the resort restaurants which were mediocre and expensive.

Everything went perfectly and beyond expectations. Nothing but 5 star hospitality. Great resort.
