This hotel is convenient for aquacity visitors. Other than that you wouldnt pick this place as is. Its a refurbished stadium tribune. Reception staff were incredibly nice and the small restaurant is also very nice with nice homey buffet food. Considering it was a buffet, it was actually the best i ever had, nothing was overcooked, soggy or cold. Pros are: good convenience for aquacity, free aquacity passes within accomodation, kind and helpful staff, buffet style dining so you dont have to wait for a la carte, bathrooms are very nice - well used tiny space, location just off the motorway. Cons: expensive if you dont want to use free aquacity passes, not sound proof, you can hear literally everything that happens around you, the rooms are tiny, even though we were given a larger room according to the receptionist.

PROs [+] across the street from Poprad Aquapark [+] breakfast and dinner included [+] Aquapark entry included [+] very friendly and helpful staff [+] new, modern and fresh [+] high speed wi-fi [+] spacious and clean shower [+] large selection of TV Channels CONS [-] a minor setback, but it was very hard to find the hotel, due to the fact that the hotel itself is basically under the west wing of the football stadium, and there are absolutely no signs whatsoever to indicate direction or whereabouts. We were literally standing in front of the entrance to the hotel and had no idea where it was, until we called the reception and they met us outside. - no air conditioning in the rooms, though the nights in June were cool enough to help lower the temp

The hotel is inside the stadium tribune, which is quite an interesting fact. You have to look very close to see the entrance of the hotel, but the hotel is great. The rooms are modern, clean, cozy, warm and you have enough space for all you stuff (including ski equipment). The hotel is very well located, in a quite neighborhood but very close to the old town and the city center. You get free entrance to the Aquapark, which is a great bonus. The restaurant of the hotel is small, but nice decorated. The food is OK, always warm and you have enough diversity, so you have from where to chose. The staff is very professional, friendly, nice and willing to help. Another plus point of this hotel is the fact that you have easy access to the highway to go to the ski resorts.

We booked here thinking this was part of Aqua City & had discussions with the reception prior to booking as it was postponed due to covid. We were dropped off at Aqua City to be told it was by the stadium…. 1.5 hours later of walking about the security guard from Aqua city kindly helped us. Bizarre it’s part of the stadium!!! The only positive I will say about this hotel is how helpful the receptionist and she had just started!! Rooms small, beds awful, hot no AC, right next to tennis court & sports facilities so woken up at crack of dawn. The confusion trying to get into Aqua City swimming was ridiculous and the staff rude. The breakfast and dinner we tried was awful. Overall very bad, we couldn’t find alternative accommodation otherwise would have left and paid to stay elsewhere.

Byliśmy z żoną na weekendzie. Hotel do przeżycia chociaż nigdzie nie ma słowa że to trybuna stadionu piłkarskiego!!! Jedzeniem KOSZMARNE! Wybór typu - jesz albo nie jesz. Na obiadokolację warzywa z dnia poprzedniego. Śniadania masakra. Nie polecam nikomu tego hotelu. WSTYD takie coś sprzedawać
