We left a day early out of desperation, my partner had booked this property for two nights and we found ourselves last night without radiators for a good 4 hours in the evening, it was snowing and cold outside, let me start by saying I have two children aged 2 and 3, we have I was very cold.. even though we informed the reception of this inconvenience they said they would fix it well I never slept due to the cold and I checked both at 2, 4 and 5 in the morning always turned off the next day despite the discomfort and the cold they offer us to go to the suite by paying 50 euros more... that is, a nice structure would cost me around 50 euros?
