A very friendly couple . Excellent B&B with high standard of cleanliness and nice touch of cake and sweets left in room upon arrival . Very good breakfast and service. Will stay again when next in the area. A perfect place to stay when travelling in the area

Peter and Janet welcomed us at Pineview in July 2022. My wife and I stayed with my sister and her partner. The guest house is very well set up and well placed to spend time in Poole, or the surrounding area. The facilities were very good for the price and the owners obviously take great pride in running their guest house as well as is possible. The breakfasts were generous and very well presented, with very good ingredients.

What a wonderful accommodation. Luxurious, interior decoration very tastful, deep carpets, comfortable beds, spacy bathroom and shower. Everything was meticulously clean and orderly. The traditional english breakfast was excellent und high food quality. Quiet and good starting point for all sorts of activities. Got some good recommendations from Janet and Peter. We felt very much at ease and enjoyed the company of our hosts. We would recommend this accommodation any time.

This is the second time we have stayed at this guest house and the standards have not dropped. 1st class service, personal touches and friendliness of Peter and Janet. They made us extremely welcome. They are very helpful and wonderful hosts. Breakfasts were delicious too. Immaculate place. Will be back.

Very welcoming and friendly hosts who go the extra mile to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. The accommodation was well appointed, comfortable and of a high standard of cleanliness. There was plenty of choice at breakfast which was beautifully presented and served. The B & B is within easy walking distance to the shopping centre and the quay. Thank you Peter and Janet for making our stay so pleasurable.

We have just had a 2 night stay at Pineview and would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Poole. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Janet and Peter are very friendly, accommodating hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast is to die for - so much choice!! Luxury touches were really appreciated - especially the homemade cake in our room each day, and a naughty chocolate by our bedside at night. Yummy!! We would certainly not hesitate to book again if we are ever in that area again.
