Travelodge Poole

Handy location 10 minute walk to dolphin shopping centre and lighthouse where we attended a graduation. Free car parking . Fabulous buffet breakfast quality sausage and bacon . Also happy hour 5-7pm goor value and nice bar

the hotel is an ideal place to stay if you are travelling to poole by rail as it is a few hundred yards away and can be clearly seen from the station

The usual satisfactory Travelodge room, but really friendly and helpful staff. Particular thanks to Amy who seemed to be running Reception, the bar and the cafe all at the same time, and doing so cheerfully and with a smile. Makes a difference!

We had a very disturbing night and were shattered the following day which defeated the purpose of staying with you. On a positive note we stayed again on our return journey 3 nights later and had a good experience

Ive stayed at this hotel a couple of times over the last few months. It isn’t the prettiest building, located next to a busy road junction one side and a supermarket carpark the other, but it is very easy to reach the station, quay, ferry terminal and town centre all of which are walkable. Ive always found the staff very friendly, even when arriving late at night, parking is ok although does get busy, there is Asda next door for provisions and a Subway if you need a sandwich. The rooms are clean and functional, but maintain the Travelodge simplicity which does make them rather sp****. If you can pick up a good room rate you cant go wrong!

Notable for the friendliness of Receptionist and when serving our supper - this was Amy , who was cheery and helpful . She responded quickly and efficiently and even forsaw the need for an extra spoon for dessert! Hotel room very clean and convenient for ferry port .

A lovely stay at a very modern Travelodge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant was a lovely area to sit for breakfast or a leisurely drink in the evening. We will definitely be returning for another stay in the near future.

Awful stay. Poor all weekend. Lifts put of order. Keys didn't work. Smoking by other guests on our corridor. Beds too small.

I highly recommend the room. The room was very clean, the service was very nice and helpful. We had a small fault in the room, which was repaired immediately after reporting, without any problems.
