Stayed at the J33 M4 Travelodge for a family wedding. Was a great location and nice having the shops in the services

During my shower hot water stopped and I had to use towels to get rid of the soap. Went down stairs to talk to someone but no one there. Took my self and left. Travelodge is a low quality service I have many issues with them, they never refund you even if the issue is theirs, I had three incidents while staying with them, no one ever asked what happened or an email to apology, I am a frequent traveler and a client of Travelodge for over 10 years the whole year around

Amazing customer service from the head manager alun happy to accommodate everyones needs Nice and clean bedrooms. Would recommend. Beautiful decorated rooms. Tea,coffee milk and sugar provided on arrival. Thank you ☺️ ❤️👌❤️👌❤️☺️❤️☺️

about my stay at Cardiff west M4 on 12th April 2025, the hotel room looked okay upon arriving but did have a strong paint smell which meant I had to open the window. I did see bits of strawberries on the floor under the desk, there were crisps on the corner chair and mould on the ceiling in the corner of the room. My worst part of the stay was waking up to find a flea on the bedding and finding I had been bitten 4 times through the night. 1 on the heal of my foot, 2 on my leg and 1 on my face.

Great check in with help from Alan who also helped us with taxis to and from the Travelodge! Rooms are fab and cosy, perfect for a little getaway! The bathroom was nice only downside was not having a lock on the door as it was me and two mates staying for the six nations. However we just knew not to come in if the door was shut.
