Beautiful hotel there's new and clean. Breakfast was so good and fresh especially orange juice I love it so tasty. Good location if you want to go Sank Moritz. You should stay here because St.moritz it's really traffic jam I'm so lucky it's a good decision that stay this 4 star hotel and really cheap, thank you

We’ve had an amazing stay at Pontresina over Christmas 2024! The rooms and bathrooms were new, beautifully decorated, quiet, spacious, spotless clean. We were so pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The hotel feels very warm and cozy and the ladies working there are so welcoming. The breakfast room was also amazing - beautifully decorated for the holidays. Breakfast was really good too! We were skiing in amazing St Moritz, it took us 5 min from the hotel to get to the nearest lift, so convenient. We had a car. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel too. The hotel had an amazing ski storage room with lockers with heated boot, gloves and helmet storage. Again, everything new and spotless clean. We will always remember our stay at Pontresina and are already looking forward to our next stay there!

The service was really top notch from the first second until you leave. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. You feel so comfortable in this atmosphere. The food is also delicious and freshly prepared. I would definitely come back again.

An unforgettable stay with a high feel-good factor, super nice rooms. Worth mentioning and important for us is that you can choose whether you want the bed made or the towels changed. Sustainability is not just a buzzword here, it is lived. Customer requests are dealt with promptly wherever possible. In our case, we found the mattress to be too hard. An additional soft topper helped. The staff is very attentive. Definitely a recommendable new hotel.

The Sunstar is a great hotel with spacious, lovingly furnished rooms, wonderful staff, a relaxing wellness area and a delicious breakfast buffet! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time :-)

A great hotel with extremely friendly staff and beautiful, modern interior design - we felt very comfortable. Compared to other Sunstar hotels, the breakfast is rather modest, but completely adequate and with high-quality products. The hotel is cashless and has no reception, but supportive staff are always present in the large lounge area/bar.
