It is a small hotel. Burger King, Costa Coffee, WH Smith and Gregg are the lobby of the hotel. Very convenient to get food. The staffs were very friendly. Free parking available.

The facilities are simple but cheap. Next to the M4 motorway rest stop. There are restaurants and children's play facilities. One night stay is 0K!

Myself, my wife and our dog stayed over Christmas at this location and were welcomed so well. The hotel was lovely and clean and despite a slight hiccup of a loud neighbor, we loved staying here and would recommend it for anyone wanting to stay close to Swansea. The room was clean and well kept, the only downside for us was the key access for doors that could do with an update, carrying bags and opening the doors with a key was a bit more difficult than we would like. The reception staff were incredible, so warm and welcoming to us and even welcomed the dog.

A comfortable room with comfy bed, nice shower and handy onsite facilities to get hot food etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. I've stayed here a few times and have always been happy with the service provided and facilities offered. Thanks Amanda! A great, reasonably priced stay in a handy location!

Stayed here to break our journey home from Cardiff airport to avoid driving home in the dark. Standard Travelodge really, although looking a bit shabby in places the room was clean and the bed comfortable. We had a room at the back and it was very quiet. Staff extremely helpful.

“My 13-year-old son and I stayed at Travelodge M4 Swansea while visiting family in the area, and we had a great experience. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Despite being close to the M4, it was incredibly quiet, allowing us to get a great night’s sleep. The location was convenient for our trip, and having a Costa Coffee on-site was an absolute result in the mornings. I would definitely recommend this Travelodge and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future.”

The hall way smelt like cigarettes.It was extremely strong and you could smell it from mile away.The bathroom was also not cleaned properly so wasn’t really happy with that however, the bright side the workers were nice and welcoming.
