Super nice little hotel with the green, very friendly staff, rooms very nicely decorated. Breakfast was also sensational, in the summer there is also a swimming pool, which wasn't relevant for me as I was there in March.

The rooms look much better in pictures than in reality, which is deceiving. A very bad smell in the bathroom which was going to the room also. Poor cleaning, we found stains on the pillow and on the bed cover on the arrival day. The cleaning ladies were superficial and did not even have a vacuum cleaner. Noise due to breakfast room being right besides the guest rooms, we had to wake up every morning when the first guests served breakfast as you could easily hear them. Also check in/check out formalities were done there and you could hear all the conversations from your room. No heating available as the air conditioning was already turned on cooling mode -heating would have been possible only through air conditioning. Average breakfast. The only good parts: the hotel was in a nice quiet countryside area and the owner was friendly and polite.

Siamo stati due notti in questo B&B, occupando 3 stanze, con una comitiva di 7 amici, per visitare la città di Arezzo addobbata per il Natale. Il casolare è stato sapientemente restauro conservando gli elementi della tradizione ma in chiave moderna, utilizzando il total white che rende la struttura luminosa, donando una sensazione di pulizia e di freschezza. Bel panorama, ampio e silenzioso; la vicinanza all'autostrada si nota solo guardando Google Maps. Data la stagione, non abbiamo fruito della piscina, comunque immersa nel verde di querce e ulivi. Emanuele è simpatico e cordiale, prepara personalmente la colazioni con dolce e salato (a richiesta). Consigliatissimo.

De hosts waren zeer vriendelijk en de B&B en locatie zijn heel romantisch! We hebben heel erg genoten en zijn helemaal tot rust gekomen in de prachtige B&B. De kamer is heel mooi ingericht en heel schoon. Het ontbijt was super en erg lekker. En het uitzicht over de heuvels is fantastisch.

Abbiamo alloggiato per una sola notte, l'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Emanuele hanno reso il nostro soggiorno veramente ottimo. Il B&B è immerso nella natura ma comunque a pochi minuti di auto da qualunque servizio. Pulizia e presentazione delle camere impeccabile, colazione speciale!

Il B&B è un vero gioiello, con una atmosfera calda e accogliente, ottimamente gestito dal proprietario Emanuele e da suo figlio: persone squisite e disponibili a dare info e consigli che ti fanno sentire "a casa". Ottima colazione e location immersa nella natura delle colline aretine in puro relax. Ottima la posizione a pochi minuti da Arezzo. Tutto bene. Unica pecca: il materasso estremamente rigido e, dunque, scomodo. Per il resto tutto benissimo

Très bon accueil, donne de bons conseils et fait son possible que nous passions un bon sujet. Parfait !! Petit-déjeuner chaleureux, l'hôte nous propose des choses variées et discute avec nous. Beaucoup mieux que d'aller dans un hôtel !
