Its known as a Best Western hotel: right accross Mitra Medika hospital. Some how, it becomes Maewstro hotel on Covid-19 promote rate. 2nd floor was supposed NON-SMOKER floor but it stank kinda a bit familiar ... Help to fumigate the room with a smoke (ignored wife winches). Bathroom room is tricky: ones gotta be extra patient when open/close its door ... otherwise you'll get squash to death. Called house keeping, operator, front desk etcetra to NO AVAIL at 6.30 am for a sugar or two: went downstair ... hotel on 'AUTO PILOT' mode, nor a soul around even rang the bell 3x, bwahaha. Regards.

The reception is very friendly, prompt, and helpful. The hotel rooms were tidy and clean. The restaurant served tasty and simple traditional items for breakfast which was an attraction to travelers to try local foods. The hotel's spa service was commendable. The location of Transera hotel is close to the town center and other entertainment shopping outlets that give residents choices for activities. Thanks to Ani at the reception who helped us with information that made our onward travel much easier. We would recommend Hotel Transcera to those who are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the town center.

Fantastic little Pod hotel.good new mattresses and bedding in well designed and thought out pods.plenty of showers and toilets and use of kitchen {i made full use of blender}. I loved the little chill out room with cable and playstation {it rains a lot} The girls there are doing a fantastic job and are all lovely people eager to help and please.The owner is also a great guy and loves his signs !!..{as a hotelier, i totally understand why they are needed, but some may think there are too many}. The location is very good.loads of good eateries.even though its on the main road they have sound proofed the rooms well. wifi was good throughout and security is good {huge luggage lockers and small lockers I personally prefer a cold shower in that humidity,but some may miss the hot water {the owner is going to put electric heaters in soon i believe free tea and coffee and plenty of ice trays. free drinking water. Get the girls to order you a Grab/Gojek to/from the station. its only 30 instead of the 150 the taxi mafia demand. Overall view. i loved the place ......5 stars...

I booked 3 rooms for 8 nights due to a family emergency and didn't even stay for a night there. For some reasons, the rooms that I booked had poor lightings. The rooms were also located on the same floor as the bar & cafe so it was terribly noisy. The toilets also oozed unpleasant odours and looked like it could use some hard scrubbing. At the rate the room was offered (IDR 360.000++), I would have tolerated the room condition. However, after driving out to buy some dinner, I came back to a very packed parking lot. The security team were nowhere to be found at first and didn't offer any assistance afterwards. They were also very rude when I asked for their help to find me an alternative parking spots as I was a guest and had paid to stay there. That was the last straw for me. I then decided to check out of the hotel that same night. The receptionist was also very, very rude and not helpful at all during the entire check out process. Would I recommend the room to anyone? Yes if you are only staying for a short period of time and want the ease of finding food nearby. But if you are staying for an extended period of time like I planned to, it'd be best to find a more proper, clean, and comfortable accommodation.

Great service from Ibis Pontianak team who handled our 4 days stay memorable. The service of front desk was exceptional, especially Ms. Verena who has provide us with five stars service for room arrangements. Breakfast has enough varieties, and the menu changed every day. Really good hotel! If you have experienced ‘4 star international luxury/business hotels’ in provincial Indonesian cities you are in for a very pleasant surprise here. All staff I encountered were pleasing and helpful. The general features of the hotel are good, although when there is a band in the large reception level bar it is rather noisy in the rest of the lobby area. Reception efficiently arranged cars for me on several occasions. The reception staff can understand simple English and as a non-Indonesian speaker I had no problem with any requests. The Cinimon restaurant served me a very tasty and interesting nasi goreng with chicken sate. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of dishes - the fried, the spicy, omelettes, noodle and rice dishes, salads and various pastries including freshly made pancakes and waffles. There could be a wider selection of fruits, just three with only two one morning. However, an impressive breakfast offering. Room was a standard type with a shower in the bathroom. All things worked, shower good. Two large towels but no small ones. Bed comfy. Air conditioning effective. I stayed twice; first had city view and the second an small internal courtyard. The only obtrusive noise was a 4.00am called to prayer but that’s inescapable in many Indonesian cities. I heard this over two nights in the city view room but nothing in the other room I stayed in. I would happily here again.
