"Ok till check out.
Btw there is no parking space, so if you bring car you must put in parking space behind hotel, you can claim tickets in the receptionist"
"We had amazing experience staying here(Room625). Located at the heart of Pontianak town area. The roon have window but facing another block. Lovely breakfast. Spacious room."
"The clerk was very friendly and light hands to help. At that time we got a 4th floor room and since we were over 60 then we asked for 2nd or 1st floor. The second day the clerk provided the 2nd floor so we were not tired. "
"Stayed here for 3 nights. Didn't expect what was originally, uh, it turned out that the room was very nice, the cleanliness was very good. Food and drinks are still affordable. Anyway, I'm not disappointed.. Even outside the expats can be as good as the room.
The facilities, services, and hygiene are very well maintained."
"The staff here are excellent. They help with every query and provide advice too. The room service food is good and the restaurant food is excellent. My room was very safe and comfortable, and cleaned every day. The hotel is right near to the mall, and the town centre is a short grab ride away. I have stayed here twice and also extended my stay the second time!"
"This is a nice hotel but unfortunately it is extremely noisy. There should be signs to say that there are quiet hours. So many other guests were making noise in the corridors at all hours of the day and night. The WiFi is good and the restaurant is handy."

Great
AAnugrah1999The service is friendly and very helpful. The room conditions are clean, tidy and ready to be occupied. The motorbike parking area is behind the building and the condition is spacious, and there are also those who guard the parking lot. There are 4 types of rooms on each floor, there are Standard types (floors 3 & 4 start from 100 thousand), Standard Plus types (floors 3 & 4 start from 150 thousand), Superior types (floors 2 start from 170 thousand), Deluxe types (floors 1 start from 185 thousand). Each type of room has different facilities. For reservations, you can make them directly on the spot or via the trip.con application. MMohammad Zabri binPro: Hotel location is quite central with surrounding lively food stalls, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It is also walkable to prime attractions such as the Flamboyan Market and the Kapuas River Waterfront. Breakfast is fairly good despite limited choices. Rooms are spacious, clean, and basic. Hotel decor is primarily modern vs classic European style—both beautiful inside and outside. WiFi is available but was not informed by the check-in staff. All staff are very polite, and that is a big plus!
Cons: The area is a bit overcrowded, but that is reasonable. Some exposed areas are a bit unsightly, especially around the hallway. Constant error beeping near the elevator is annoying and the doorbell keeps on malfunctioning.
RRAYCHEL GThe hotel has a very good sense of design, which shows that the hotel has a very good taste. The service is particularly good and it is very clean. It is worth recommending. Overall, I am very satisfied. The price is also very affordable. Recommended
GGuest User+ Location is great. Near the city center & surrounded by a lot of cafes, restaurant, supermarket, food places, etc
+ Room is big.
+ The breakfast is amazing. I like it
- The cleanliness is not too good. The cleaning service must pay more attention about this.
Overall, I like staying in this hotel. I will come back again.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The building is very old and in need of renovation. The amenities were below expectations—hot water was inconsistent, and basic facilities felt outdated. For the price charged, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, I did not find the stay to be good value for money.
DDSJ141I recently stayed at the Golden Tulip Pontianak and had a truly fantastic experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the strong Wi-Fi.
BBIN SAIMHotel is located in a strategic location with a hospital across the road and many delicious food around. Check in was fast with a big lobby. Card access to rooms. The lift on the right was a bit slow though and sometimes wouldn’t open till you press the door open button. Pool is mainly for kids and the water wasn’t that clean. Didn’t opt for the breakfast. Room was big and clean but the hot water wasn’t consistent. Stayed on the eight floor and the view was fantastic. Parking to lobby was one way, so after you get picked up or dropped off the car has to reverse out. But overall a comfortable stay.
TToong HuangLocated on the busy Jalan Gajah Mada, where nearby food and supermarket is a plus. It is basically a 2 and a half star, why? Don't qualify as a 3 stars due to aging furniture in room, and lack of proper dining facilities. The proximity to coffee shops & street side restaurants saves it from relegating to a 2 stars joint.I will tolerate it for a 2 nights stay at best.
TTong Robert KennedyThe third day. Everything is fine, only that is a bit annoying when there is a big truck, the road in the room is also going to be shaken, other than that everything is no problem.
