The room is fine. There is no lift so please use knee support. Joking 🫣. The hotel is in front of the main road so easy to find. If you driving on your own, there is parking provided. Might difficult to find parking at night but they will assist you!

The room is nice and spacious, the service is good and friendly, it's clean, the food is delicious, the menu is familiar, the atmosphere is fun.

The wifi is slow Entertainment such as TV is incomplete, nowadays there should be smart TV, for the rest, overall it's great

Maintaining an old hotel is not easy, but trying to keep it clean and tidy is good enough...and the cool thing is there's a bathtub!

Cleanliness is ok, strategic location and friendly service. Facilities for transit are very sufficient.. pocket-friendly prices.

I've stayed with you for 4 nights, I'm not satisfied with meeting old friends and the culinary delights of Pontianak city, an extra day... The hotel is not bad, it's not far from anywhere.
