i picked it last minute due to it's price and location. staff was helpful, room was ok, but a little dark. positive, it had a balcony with nice view. the sound insulation could be better, as there are many families with kids. some lamps didn't work well, making a buzzing noise. breakfast bag was a little disappointing, but bike storage room was big and safe. so overall an okay hotel

Highly recommend staying here, this was our 3rd trip here, great food, clean hotel, great staff, nothing negative, the only slight downside is the service road in / out can be tricky when carrying all the luggage, so that may be an issue for some...

Good service and a good place to go on a ski holiday The staff is nice and helpful. However, I must say that the bread served is dry and boring, and there is always a queue for the coffee. It can also be difficult to get a drink for dinner.

Travelled with Crystal Ski, hotel was ok. Nice rooms, food ok, hot breakfast not great so had cereal and croissant most days. Need to get to evening meal early as soon run out of popular foods. About 200m to slopes, very icy when we were there. We tended to get lift nearby and work out way across just skiing diagonal to get to either end of resort. Hotel rooms were warm and spacious. We slept with balcony door ajar. Enjoyed the bar with live music, killer cocktails 10 euro each.

Highly recommend. Good food, great service and facilities. Hotel is very close to the slopes and to the gondola up the glacier. Have stayed here before and will return.

The hotel is well positioned for the ski lifts. The food is buffet style and the choices for us were great. The staff are polite and helpful. The cleaning staff were exceptional making the room look good every day.

Great location with access to the slopes. Ski locker is very large. Good facilities for all ages. Food was tasty and plentiful. Wi-Fi is poor in bedrooms and in the bar but great in reception. Rooms are spacious and serviced every day. Fridge is welcome but I would have liked a kettle.

Very good value for money hotel, good location for ski and great entertainment at hotel ,games areas for kids ,pool etc. Few complaints regarding the timings on 07.45 breakfast and 19.45 dinner, as we think is way too late in the day and last but not least hotel was very loud at night(music will be on loud till 23.00-23.30) and the walls not really insulated so could hear every conversations next door. All in all we got what we paid for, good value for money.
