Ibis Ponta Grossa

Excellent hotel. Great service and exceptional cuisine. I was fully attended to and my needs were met. Varied breakfast and quick room allocation. I will certainly stay here again on my next trip.

The hotel is new, with plenty of space in the room. It is very pet friendly. Great breakfast. However, the room cleaning was a terrible experience. We found the floor dirty with a lot of dust and hair from previous guests. The most shocking thing was finding feces in the toilet. When I lifted the sheet, I found more hair. I notified the reception when I checked out, they listened and wished me a good trip. They didn't show any interest in the story. We left a note in the room for the maid about this, along with a tip that they ask for via card. The intention was to draw someone's attention to the horror we found in the room. Room 556.

I really liked the hotel, the lighting is perfect and the bathroom, although small, has everything you need. I would like to highlight the restaurant, the food was very good. Unfortunately, the only negative thing was that my trip was during the winter and while the outside environment was very cold and the inside environment, the reception, was very hot, making me uncomfortable at first. I would also like to highlight the service, I bought flowers to deliver to someone and the staff insisted on delivering them to the room.

Very good service at reception by all receptionists, including Mateus and all the night receptionists, in the kitchen and chambermaids Fernanda, Aline, Raquel and Janaina stand out for their attention, care and commitment to their work.
