Ao chegar no hotel, não me foi informado sobre os horários do estacionamento. Fui caminhar, quando voltei, o portão estava fechado, alguém o abriu e eu entrei. Depois, fiquei cerca de 20 minutos preso dentro do estacionamento. Liguei 16 vezes para o hotel e ninguém me atendeu. Eu estava com a minha filha de 9 meses e fiquei preso sem ninguém me atender. Falta total de clareza e vontade de ser útil para o hóspede. Não volto mais e não recomendo

O hotel tem uma estrutura luxuosa, na recepção e se sente odor de limpeza já ao sair do elevador no andar dos quartos. A ducha é padrão 5 estrelas , o banheiro bem amplo. Adorei a estadia no Astron ponta grossa, com certeza me surpreendeu e merece nota 10.

Pessoal super atencioso e simpático! Com um foco especial no cliente. Um café da manhã ótimo, com bastante variedade, a Lurdinha do café, um amor de pessoa. Hotel tem academia, o que me poupou de sair procurar. Com estacionamento com manobristas, me poupou tempo.

Cafe da manhã excelente, Hotel lindo, Quartos excelentes. Fica numa rua ingrime, com poucas vagas na frente, mas deu tudo certo para uma diária. Cama melhor que do Resort Costão do Santinho, em Florianopolis, podem acreditar ! Chuveiro e banheiro TOP ! Excelente opção em Ponta Grossa.

Hotel muito bom, funcionários muito solicitos e gentis. Café da manhã excelente, tenho intolerância a glúten e lactose e todos alimentos discriminação se havia glúten e lactose. Em uma mesa separada havia bolos sem glúten e sem lactose, p ficar perfeito só faltou o pão sem glúten. Recomendamos o hotel.
