We loved our stay. Staff was wonderful, location beautiful, restaurant excellent. Our room was slightly disappointing— no place to put luggage except floor, door stop in floor in bathroom protruded out of floor and we both stubbed our toes, no shelf in shower to put anything, non removable hangers and short closet space which made it difficult to hang dresses. These were all little disappointments, but we still loved our stay. Dinner was excellent as was the bar with very fresh and inventive cocktails. All serving staff were knowledgeable and very welcoming. We would definitely return.

Best place to stay in the Sao Miguel We have stayed in three different hotels in Sao Miguel and Sensi definitely surpassed the other two. From the quality of service to the relaxing secluded premises, not forgetting the top quality of the cocktails and the restaurant (best one on the island from far): you cannot go wrong by going to Sensi. The team was also super helpful in helping us organising our activities (very last minute) and made it work with our existing plans. 100% recommend!

We spent five wonderful days at the Sensi Hotel and absolutely loved it. The views are amazing, the rooms cozy, and we really enjoyed the indoor pool and an excellent spa treatment. Both breakfast and dinners at Mômô were delicious. But above everything else, it’s really the team who made our stay so special. Nowhere else have we encountered such genuine warmth, friendliness, and good vibes as from the entire Sensi team. It’s a great hotel, but the staff are what truly set it apart. We’d return anytime. Thank you!

We cannot recommend Sensi enough! What an amazing experience. Everything: the room, the spa facilities, the setting, the cocktails, the food, all wonderful. But the absolute best thing at Sensi is the people. We travel a lot (like 40 countries a lot) and the staff at Sensi are by far the nicest, friendliest staff we have ever encountered. So lovely and genuine. We even got to chat with the owner who was equally lovely. You just get a sense that everyone is happy to be there and that comes through is the service and how they treat their guests. They will help make your experience unforgettable! We will for sure be back one day!!
