Horrible experience!!!!!!! Record a video of the room before settling in (even if it wouldn't be of any use to us) because they accused us of breaking the air conditioning when we didn't do it and asked us to pay €70. Apparently we're not the first ones because there are more people complaining about the same thing. When we left the room the air conditioning was in the same condition as when we arrived and only after we had already left did they call us because they said the air conditioning was broken, it was the same, and when we got in they didn't notice anything. The cleaning lady must have gone there to mess with it on purpose because she already knew. There are more people complaining that they also paid for a different air conditioning that they didn't break, which would probably be the same one and they always charge. They're thieves, because they must have done it on purpose. The workers there are very unfriendly and inconvenient, they don't even have the knack for communicating with customers. I really enjoyed the Azores but the hostel really ruined it, now we had to pay €70 for something that we didn't even break and it's quite frustrating. I don't recommend it!!!!!!
