The hotel is 15 min walk to the city center. The young man at check in was excellent and very friendly. The rooms are basic no fridge no coffe or tea making. Bed was hard. The breakfast is the worst ever didnt even go down on the 2nd day. Basically this is an over priced hosrel. We paid 270 for two nights wasnt even woth 70 a night. This hotel is stuck in the past and needs a major uplift. Left feeling totally ripped off.

Great location and the views of the Alps were stunning. But the hotel is in need of some love. It looks old and the furniture and decor need replacing. The Balcony furniture was dirty and the flower boxes haven't had flowers for some time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Whilst our room was a good size the linen was stained, there was no coffee/tea making facilities and the bathroom was dated.

Great view from the room balcony, clean room and kind staff. Very limited breakfast, no choice, stale bread and quite boring with the same stuff offered every single day. If they do upgrade a bit, it makes it a much more pleasant stay.

The room was very quiet, the bed so comfortable that we could relax after a long day and recharge our batteries. The hotel is at a walking distance from the city centre, very close to the railway station, the central bus station and one minute walk from a bus stop. The breakfast should be improved, too basic: no fresh fruit nor vegetables, no fresh juice, low quality tea and coffee, bread, bakery products... Behind the hotel, a charming garden can be used in summer.

The hotel is well situated for the town (Aosta) the ski lift to Pila and the motorway. We enjoyed our well priced breakfast and the staff were very helpful when we checked in late and even supplied us with adapters for chargers. We had a dry comfortable room with a shower and a view to town. We ate in two fabulous local restraint's 200m away . I would go back again.

Enjoyed our stay here. Spacious room with a balcony overlooking the garden. Very modern bathroom. Breakfast was good with an extensive choice. The staff were so helpful and cheerful. Secure parking and 15 min walk to the lovely town. Free parking in town after 6pm if you go there for dinner. The hotel garden had plenty of relaxing chairs to enjoy your cold beer.

Ci sono stato per due notti a inizio mese. Ho riservato una stanza doppia chiedendo di poter avere due letti separati, me ne è stata data una tripla con un letto matrimoniale e una piccola brandina in ferro. Si tratta di un hotel tre stelle. Nessun servizio di cortesia in bagno. Già all’entrata in camera si poteva respirare un’aria pesante con un forte odore di muffa. In bagno, il tasto per lo sciacquone era rotto. I tre letti avevano un’unica presa della corrente. È un albergo con una struttura vecchia. Sarebbe da ristrutturare. Inoltre, l’albergo ospitava una sessantina di ragazzi e bambini inglesi che facevano un gran ****** la sera fino a tardi e la mattina molto presto. Le stanze non sono insonorizzate tra un piano e l’altro e i rumori dello spostamento dei letti era molto forte. La prima colazione l’ho trovata completa, per tutti i gusti. Le brioche erano un po’ spappolate. Il servizio alla ricezione è stato buono. Buono anche il posteggio per il veicolo.

Gentilezza e cortesia da parte del personale, camere in ordine e pulizia al top. Ampia scelta di prodotti di buona qualità per la colazione. Con 10 minuti di passeggiata si raggiunge il centro di Aosta a piedi. Che dire? Pienamente soddisfatti!
