Hotel clean and on the beach although we were at the back of the hotel with view over car park. Small rooms with 2 large beds in. Very small wardrobe with few hangers and 1 shelf. Did have small fridge, air on and safe. Did not have tea or coffee making facilities. As I have mobility problems I am on a mobility scooter and was on the third floor, the problem was only 2 out of 3 lifts worked at any one tine. 30 minutes in the morning was regular waiting times to go down for breakfast of which the bacon was terrible. Evening meal was also something to be desired.

Just returned from our 6th visit in 5 years to this fantastic Hotel for a 7 night stay with TUI Holidays, on arrival a very fast check in and we where allocated room 364 on the third floor overlooking the sea and pool area. As before the room was spacious and spotless with very comfy large beds. The food was much the same as before, plenty of choice and very tasty, something for everybody's tastes, the pool and bar area kept tidy even with the use of paper cups blowing about from time to time, beer and sprits very good and plenty of sunbeds available all the time. The staff in this hotel are all very hard working, and courteous to guests. This hotel is always full of family's and couples from every nation but is mainly used by Spanish family's hence the entertainment is in Spanish but this is not a problem, my only very small ****** is that the daytime animation music was very loud from time to time for our aging ears !!!! We will be returning next year, so we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Beautifully clean hotel - both inside and out. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and gorgeous views to the sea beyond. Great pool bar with some self service drinks - beer, fizzy pop and water - and sangria and branded spirits on offer if you order from the bar staff. Rooms not huge but perfectly adequate. Kept very clean by housekeeping. Restaurant was good - always plenty of choice. Wifi was excellent. Would definitely recommend and have already booked for next summer 😃

Visited may 2024 excellent hotel room good and very clean food and drinks very good pool area fantastic loads of sunbeds beautiful setting over looking the sea staff all very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend this hotel have booked again for next may

Great Hotel & Staff in Great Location on the beach. AI food was fresh with plenty of choice at all mealtimes but the mealtime experience could have been better. The hotel is large with a lot of elderly guests and smaller children and there’s such a frenzy at all times when the restaurant was open. I couldn’t believe how people behaved getting food and getting back to their tables seeing as they had only eaten a few hours beforehand.

Beds are so comfortable, clean hotel, helpful staff, really nice food for tea. Maybe a little more variety for breakfast to suit english. The only fault I could say is paper cups for outside area with your beer which didn't taste nice and wasnt getting the full pint which you pay for, plastic would be much better! If you was inside you get your moneys worth.

Sadly we had to cut the holiday short due to a family member falling ill back home so we lost a day and half, no fault of the Hotel of course, we arrived at night, we were given a room that overlooked the top of the Kitchens of the Canteen, we did ask for an upgrade, but the hotel was fully booked, we received a cold salad meal and drinks from the bar which was a nice touch, The day after we got our bearings and went down for Breakfast which was plentiful and tasted very nice, huge choice, later on we soon found a sunbed each from the many around the pool area, cold soft drinks are on tap at the outside bar serve yourself which we thought was great, inside you can relax with a drink and a plate of crisp, the snacks outdoor bar are very good also beware if you do not speak Spanish the lady serving snacks knowns no English, i found out she understands hamburger so we touched base, we stayed AI, the dinner was ace you could choose a bottle of wine from a list with your meal, evening meal same with a Wok Station if you want one, entertainment all in Spanish but do not let that put you off, do not miss the Thursday night show, starts with bubbles for the kids and ends with superb adult entertainment that had everyone laughing, clapping and cheering, there is of course always downsides on any holiday, the room was dated and the shower over the bath was difficult to bathe under, the bed was huge though and comfy, there was a huge number of smokers here which shocked us and the smoking area is far too close to the hotel bar room , it drifts in when the doors open, people smoking on their room balconies is not really good either but these are just small moans, the bar staff and canteen staff work their socks off to make sure you are fed and watered and are very well-mannered so full marks to them, the resort is very nice, this is a very Spanish hotel so if you are uncomfortable with not many Brits around then maybe it is not for you, thanks to the Staff who assisted us along with the amazing Jet 2 rep who got us on an early flight home, your kindness will never be forgotten. PS if it possibly could, you let Christina the jet2 Rep at the hotel that our son recovered, thank you.
