Staff and service doesn’t exist. You have to ask everything by WhatsApp. They didn’t answer the phone.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr sauberes uns schönes Zimmer und Bad. Wirklich sehr freundliche Dame beim Check-in. Negativ war nur, dass auf Mails absolut gar nicht reagiert wurde.

Varios aparcamientos gratuitos a 5 minutos a pie.

Hotel muy completo!
Un hotelito muy coqueto y muy bien atendido: todo limpio, ordenado… una ducha en condiciones, sin la modernez de las duchas que mojan todo el baño, muy importante, con bidé… La habitación pequeña, pero muy completita para dos personas, bien calefactada y un baño amplio… En pleno centro del casco antiguo de Ponferrada.
Excelente relación calidad-precio…

Eigentlich kann man sich nichts besseres wünschen- zentrale Lage, Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe, sauber, bequem. Für jemanden, der ständig unterwegs, sind das die wichtigsten Punkte. Nebensache war der Bau gegenüber, aber so ist manchmal im Leben. Empfehlenswert!
