UN HOTEL CON UNA POLÍTICA PÉSIMA Y MUY MAL EDUCADO EN EL TRATO. TENÍA QUE ANULAR UNA NOCHE POR UN PROBLEMA DE ÚLTIMA HORA. AVISO CON 12 HORAS DE ANTELACIÓN Y ME DICEN QUE LOS GASTOS DE ANULACIÓN ES EL IMPORTE COMPLETO DE LA HABITACIÓN. INCREÍBLE. YA ME HABÍAN HABLADO MAL DE ESTE HOTEL PERO NO QUEDABA NADA EN PONFERRADA. QUE LÁSTIMA...

Excelente situación, fácil aparcamiento, cerca del centro comercial, hotel muy tranquilo y personal muy servicial y profesional. Habitación amplia y luminosa. Muy buena relación calidad precio, camas confortables, buen aislamiento acústico.

Hotel con muy buenas instalaciones. Habitacion amplia y muy acogedora. Personal muy amable y oredisñuesta a ayudarte en lo que necesites. Si bien la zona puede estar alejada del centro a 5 minutos se encuentra el centro comercial. Facilidad para aparcar en los alrededores.

Fui en grupo con un circuito organizado por la agencia Interrias.Buen hotel de 4 estrellas.La parte del hotel no tengo ninguna queja.Habitacion cómoda con baño ,camas bastante grandes y amplias, espaciosas. Buen desayuno buffet.Con ascensor.Ese hotel tampoco lo elegí yo pues era en el circuito de interrias.Y la ubicación muy mala.Justo en el otro extremo de Ponferrada.Y junto a las carreteras.Para llegar al centro de Ponferrada hay que caminar una media hora aproximadamente.Autobuses hay pero poco servicio o llamar a un taxi.Aunque es un hotel muy bueno,no lo recomiendo por la ubicación.

En general bien. Poco ruido. La habitación es muy amplia y limpia. El baño es correcto. La cama y la almohada son cómodas Está a las afueras a 30' andando al centro. Parking gratuito. Desayuno caro

Hemos estado hospedados mi pareja y yo cinco noches en este hotel. La experiencia ha sido positiva: habitación amplia, cómoda y funcional con un buen baño. Las instalaciones del hotel son modernas y las comunes en un hotel de negocios. El aparcamiento subterráneo para mí es un plus y su gratuidad más, aunque en la zona en la que está ubicado el hotel hay suficientes plazas de aparcamiento en superficie y el barrio (La Rosaleda) parece una zona tranquila. En las inmediaciones hay establecimientos de restauración, farmacia, etc...y está al lado del C.C. El Rosal. Está a unos 20 minutos caminando de la zona comercial y del casco antiguo, pero a escasos metros del hotel hay una parada de la linea circular que en 5 minutos te deja en la zona del ayuntamiento (casco histórico), es eso sí, van por libre y no respetan los horarios. Respecto al tema del aire acondicionado, durante nuestra estancia no hubo problema alguno. Sin duda, para mí, es mi opción en Ponferrada.

Es un hotel moderno de 4 estrellas en una zona tranquila, a unos 5 minutos en coche del centro sin ningún problema de aparcamiento y con fácil acceso a carreteras incluyendo la autovía de la Coruña. Hay un parque infantil en las proximidades. El personal es muy atento a cualquier solicitud y es de reseñar en el servicio de comedor dos personas Laura y Paula. Volveremos seguro
