The hotel is great. Clean. Staff are so helpful and kind. Location a little bit far bur after all is good.

Its a 4star Hilton..new hotel. Small gym n nice pool for evening swimming. So crowded at morning

The hotel offers clean, comfortable accommodations, featuring plush bedding and effective air conditioning. While breakfast options are somewhat limited, the quality is high. The property is conveniently connected to a large, well-appointed shopping mall.

My experience in double tree bintaro was overall 4.5/5.0 everything was perfect until the breakfast buffet. First of all staff was not attentive upon arrival and they simply just said seat wherever you want although there was no table available at that moment. So we had to ask around if the seats were available to dinning hall staffs. Also i asked one of the staff where is the sambal (hot sauce) and he asked me he doesn’t know where they put the hot sauce. It was a funny but kinda embarrassing situation if i was the staff at this hotel. Other than that it was overall good experience. Oh and there were No cotton buds in the amenities. So bring your own.
