It's the only good looking hotel by the beach. While booking the room, mention how many of them are staying here even if its just 2 person. I booked 3 rooms but the hotel charged us for 3 person the reason that they gave was a ******** saying that each room was booked under one person name, so we will charge for the extra 1 occupancy. Except this, this hotel is perfect in every thing.

Such a wonderful place to stay and the highlight was promenade beach and every tourist places and shops were near by and also they provide rented vehicles at low cost, cleanliness and services were amazing.I will recommend this place to everyone who wants experience the best in Pondicherry at reasonable price.

At ed-en roc, the management was more concerned about the age of my kids than providing the necessary services/amenities like towels, cover for the quilt, bathroom cleanliness which were not provided/missing. As i understood, they were more concerned about the age of kids, because of the bill settlement for the breakfast between the hotel & the associated restaurant. The restaurant staff were very co-operative and food was excellent too.

The hotel is located in the heart of the french quarter. It is in close proximity to all the cafes as well as the rock beach. The hotel has in house restaurants as well as a bakery. Great ambience. The in-house restaurants have a great menu spread and offers delicious food items. Great customer service. All the happening places in the french quarter are within walking distance.

Property is a cute hotel located at just 800 mts from rock beach & surrounded by beautiful cafes. The staff is helpful & service was excellent. Special mention for mr. Kanan who was very friendly. The food was excellent. Mr. Murad the owner helped us out with places to visit & vegan food too. Would certainly recommend aura hotel to all who want to stay in the heart of puducherry.

Hotel is clean and we'll maintained. Food is good. Very close to aurobeach so good view. Also close to auroville township. They were not able to accommodate early check in due to being fully booked, so had to wait for a long time to get into the rooms. But overall good stay at misty oceans.

-Service is super fast and feel like luxury.
-Indoor pool was great and very clean.
-Gym had trainers in the evening i guess.
-Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide.
-centre of the city yet so quiet
-Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious

The service is better than at Hilton and Ramada.
The manager and stuff make an impressive job to make their patrons’ stay impeccable.
Rooms are clean, spacious, recently renovated and decorated to European standard.
Quality of food is 5/5 and the stuff is always at your beck and call, genuinely, with a lot of respect.
It’s the best customer service we have experienced in whole India. Moreover, one of the stuff members even came late at night to the bus station in order to be sure that we didn’t miss our shuttle.
Truly, all hospitality sector in India shall learn at De Fleur hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is nestled in the French town part of Pondicherry which is within walking distance to the promenade and the numerous cafés and restraints scattered around. The staff are cordial, the place neat and spacious. The hotel does neither have a parking no area for cars nor facility for drivers. Overall an enjoyable stay.

GGuest UserRoom and bathroom was spacious and big locality was good all tourist places are near by. All staff are good to help u and have good behaviour. Overall nice experience. Awsm place and they arrange early check in the morning at 4am for three rooms they picked up phone early morning n arrange early check in without any hesitation. All tourist spot is near by.
