We had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. The cleanliness was subpar, with water logging in our bathroom. Despite informing the staff, no one was sent to address the issueMoreover, the staff’s behavior was extremely rude, and they seemed unaware of how to treat customers properly. I had booked two rooms, but they allocated two very different ones—one spacious and the other significantly smaller. When I questioned this, they insisted that both rooms were the same, calling the smaller one a ‘corner room.’ Overall, the staff’s attitude was unprofessional, as if they were offering free hospitality.”

I stayed for days during christmas season. Delax room costed me r 4000 per night. Rooms was not hygienic and not worth to money i paid. If u book hotel 15 days in advance u can get similar room in white town which is center of city.

Food service not good, bathroom not good, some of items not in restroom. Example dental kit, room mat, room service very late, next time i don't stay this hotel. Thank you very much

Cleanliness and services were below average. The check-in time was delayed by 1. 5 hours and the room smelled of cigarettes due to previous guests. The bathroom was clean but in poor condition with no cloth hangers.
