Radisson Resort Pondicherry Bay

A peaceful and wonderfully designed resort surrounded by magnificent gardens at a few steps from Eden Beach... A perfect home to rest at calm and cool oneself from the hurly-burly heat of the city. We stayed at the Radisson for 10 days 2 couples and had the most magical stay with precious moments for memories we won't forget ! Thousand thanks to the very nice people we met among the staff ! BigUP and thanks to our super Chauffeurs : Mr. Shiva and Mr Ramanan who picked us up/brought us back safely and in record time from/to Chennai Airport and made us discover Mahabuliparam ! Thank you Muralidharan for your kindness, the laughters and the great activities you arranged for us :) Thank you to the great lobby staff who were always helpful and nice : Vishnu, Anooya, Sibani, Udaya and Mareeswaran :):):) Many thanks to the restaurant team of Bistro Bay and The Great Kebab Factory : Vikas, Prasant, Prithwiraj, Soubhik, Nikita and the great chefs Palvinder Singh and Logonathan delicious food, perfect service and special "à la carte" they made for us ! Thank you to Abhishek and Viji for taking care perfectly of our chalet and us ! Big thanks to Ester, Puya and Jessica for the great massage and treatments offered at the Bodhi Spa as well as Lalhmangaihzuali, the manager of this beautiful wellness place ! A giant thanks M. Pazhanivel and his 11 gardeners for the magnificent green and flowered gardens******* Thank you Subrayan from the pool for your sympathy and the coconut ! Thank you Joseph for the ride to Auroville ! Finally, BigUP and thanks to Velmurugan, our daily tuk-tuk chauffeur who brought us through the city safely, kindly and always on time !!

I am spending my vacation at the Radisson Resort Pondicherry Bay hotel, I want to express my sincere gratitude to the staff for the excellent service and attentive attitude towards guests. The staff here is very caring and friendly: when I injured my leg while swimming in the ocean and asked for help, the hotel employee Anoohya was very friendly, helped me, arranged for me to have a free massage at the SPA, ordered that a cooling pack be brought to my room. I am very grateful to her for her care of me, she has a very kind heart. The hotel Radisson Resort Pondicherry Bay is very beautiful and cozy, located next to the beach. On the territory there is a beautiful well-kept blooming garden. I recommend relaxing here, a wonderful place with good service, delicious food in restaurants and a friendly atmosphere! And more I want to say a big thanks to the chef here, Loganathan. Everything is cooked very tasty with love and professionalism! Many different interesting culinary ideas raise the mood. Loganathan often communicates with guests, tries to take into account all requests, tastes, wishes. ! A very nice person and a professional in his field. The food, the room , the whole property is mindblowing The staff is what makes it excellent. We were here for 4 days and 3 nights Thank you guys for making our stay memorable Chef Palvinder, Devirani and Prithviraj you guys are rockstars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

The resort is simply wonderful in every aspect - right from reception, amenities, staff, food, ambience and spa. We stayed for 3 nights and had the time of our life. The location is also great - near to the blue flag Eden beach. The staff is very helpful, rooms are spacious and well equipped. Food and services at Bay Bistro and Kebab factory are excellent. Spa is also a great experience. Although everyone was very helpful, but special mention of Mr Vishnu (at reception) and Mr Sudip ( at Bay Bistro) - for their ever smiling behaviour and taking good care. Definitely, a go to place if one plans for Pondicherry.

It was a fantastic resort, it is about 200m from the one of the best beach in India. The hotel also has a great pool was amazing. We stayed in the garden view veranda and it was just fantastic, they had a sofa and also had a ceiling fan which was just perfect in the heat. The rooms were also ‘Smart Rooms’ you controlled the mood lighting , curtains, AC and TV from an IPAD on the room Also used the Spa and that was very nice.. Praveen, Mari, Somathi and the gentlemen who picked us up from the room today, as all the staff were very friendly and helpful Would definitely recommend the hotel..
