i never expected this, my hardearn money wasted cos your worst service i had the worst experience staying at this hotel, and i regret every penny spent here. what we got was not even worth ₹500. 1. cleanliness and smell: the room was far from clean and had an unbearable bad smell. the plates and glasses provided were filthy, and it seemed like they hadn’t been washed properly. it was so disgusting that i felt nauseous. 2. bathroom conditions: the bathroom was in an absolutely horrible state – dirty, unmaintained, and lacking even the most basic amenities. 3. lack of basic facilities: there was no water heater, kettle, toothbrush, or towel provided. the phone in the room was broken and completely useless. 4. safety concerns: as two women staying here, we felt very unsafe throughout our stay. the environment was unsettling and did not feel secure at all. 5. overpriced and cheating: charging for such an experience is outright cheating. this place is nothing more than a low-budget lodge in terms of quality and service. this was, without a doubt, the worst hotel stay of my life, and i would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. save your money and sanity – there are much better options in pondicherry.!.

There is no parking facility, no ventilation, un hygiene and not worth. Benefit of hotel is only a next to the beach.

The service was very very disappointing!! Not even the essentials were given. To be more precise, there aren't even towels and tissues. I needed to go down to the reception and ask for the towels and tissues since the landline wasn't working either. The amount that we paid for the room wasn't worth at all. The following day in spite of asking to replace a used towel, they didn't bother, so we ended up using the wet towels for the next day as well. In addition to this, surprisingly they put the same bedsheet upside down so the minor stain that has on it can be covered by the blanket. Ridiculous though!! Long Story Short..... On the day we checked out, we spoke to the Hotel Manager, He was polite enough to tell us that due to busy and long weekends, the management was running out of laundry, and we were informed that there was only limited inventory the management had issued for the hotel. POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!! NOT WORTH THE STAY, SORRY TO SAY THIS, THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE IS NOT EXPECTED IN THE PRIME LOCATION.

Stay is horrible, we have bed bugs and their is no breakfast buffet in the name of breakfast they have bought 1idli and dosa that's it, it's pathetic and their is no proper management. Place is fully dark there were no lights in front of our room.

Washroom was not usable status. Thr basin have fungus bed sheet was tonned. No service from hotel and nothing mention
