Hi, hotel is good but room are congested, ac working fine but geyser not working as expected, they said they will come but no one took care of it, we managed with normal water. Overall an average experience.

In the residence staffs are not handling decent way. They are treating very bad. And no blankets. They collecting original proof & return back when we leave. Our. Even no foot mat also. And there is no car parking also. They said park your any where in out side. Every time we fighting with others.

From my experience for this hotel, telephone required in room. Tv, ac remote not working. There is no sleeper inside room for guest and also handwashnot available in rest room. Some improvement required for this hotel. Apart from this all thing ok. Behavior of staff also ok.

The hotel had decent amenities and the staff were friendly, but the rooms were a bit dated and could use some maintenance. Overall, it was an okay experience for the price.

Excellent stay with makemytrip guarantee made my stay wonderful in pondicherry. I enjoyed a lot and the hotel was really good with the money spent. Nice service and very good staff.

No hot water in the room, hotel walls are made of lamination sheets, not walls. Audio from other rooms audible. All time wasted on 2 mornings to get hot water. After telling so many times they arranged hot water in other room but for only one day. Next day same problem persisted. No telephone in room, no mirror near sync, bathroom too small, water leakage from shower outlet. Don't go to this hotel ever
